On July 6, Shi Suoru, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, went to Guandaokou Town to conduct on-site research on the current status of the tourism market, project construction, and the development of the health and wellness industry.
Shi Suoru and his party first came to Shanshui Hermitage·Hermitage Homestay and inquired in detail about the occupancy rate, tourist sources, unit price per guest, business operations and employment under normalized epidemic prevention and control. Later, at the Zizaigu health resort real estate project site in Zhongzhou, they learned about the project construction progress, overall planning, and next-step work arrangements, and put forward constructive guidance on the development of the tourism and health industry. At the Nanyou Village Bee Town project site, Shi Suoru inspected the project construction planning and progress, and went to the Bee Garden and Science Museum to conduct on-site research and understand the production and operation of the bee product base. Later, Shi Suoru and his party came to the Nanping Group of Xinping Village to learn about the improvement of the rural living environment and the next development plan for the homestay industry.
During the research process, Shi Suoru fully affirmed the recent industrial development and project construction of Guandaokou Town. Regarding the next step, Shi Suoru emphasized: must be planned as a whole. focuses on the development positioning of the "Northern Agricultural Tourism Integration Demonstration Zone", enriches business formats, improves layout, promotes the integration of agriculture and tourism, and improves the quality and efficiency of development; secondly, we must speed up project construction. Pay close attention to the progress of the project, reverse the construction period, complete the construction tasks with high standards and high quality as soon as possible, and ensure that the project is completed, implemented and effective as early as possible; thirdly, we must improve the connection of interests. During the project construction and operation process, we should give full play to the coordination and guidance role of the government, improve the mechanism for linking the interests of business entities, village collectives and the masses, and effectively drive the masses to get rich and increase collective income through project construction; fourth, we must strengthen service guarantees.
