This time, I went to Baisha Town, Yichuan County to give a lot of feelings. Let’s review it briefly as follows:

The reason why this tour was able to be successful was that Lu Jianwei, the principal of Baisha Town Central School, and Wang Renyuan, a family education expert in Henan Province, responded to the same voice and asked each other.
On September 23, 2011, at the "Henan Province Family Education Instructor Association Founding Conference and First Annual Meeting" in Luming Villa, Dengfeng, President Lu Jianwei listened to Professor Wang Renyuan's speech. It was also this meeting that made Principal Lu and Professor Wang become friends.
On March 31, 2017, Principal Lu Jianwei invited Professor Wang Renyuan to Baisha Town Junior High School to give a family education guidance speech. Principal Lu personally served as the host and wrote a report after the report meeting.

Originally, Baisha Town Central School only planned to invite Professor Wang to give a family education guidance speech to parents of the Baisha Branch of the Yichuan County Kindergarten. However, Principal Lu Jianwei, who was able to think about others, considered that Professor Wang was not easy to travel, so he added 4 primary schools. In addition, Principal Lu made careful arrangements for this family education tour. The five units have also made sufficient preliminary preparations to ensure the smooth progress and effectiveness of this tour. For example, the top leaders of these five units attended the report meeting and listened to speeches throughout the process. Guo Shehong, the leader of the Baisha Town Central School who accompanied Professor Wang throughout the whole process, listened to Professor Wang's five speeches in a row. Principal Lu Jianwei listened to 4 sessions (one for Luming Villa, Baisha Town Junior High School, Doucun Primary School, and Baisha Primary School each), Li Wucan, vice principal of Baisha Town Central School, listened to 3 sessions (one for Baisha Town Junior High School, Xiamo Primary School, and Doucun Primary School each), and Yang Hongzun, vice principal of Baisha Town Central School, listened to 2 sessions (one for Doucun Primary School and Yichuan County-level government kindergarten Baisha Branch). Nowadays, central schools and various schools have a lot of business work, and they can be said to be very busy. However, they listen to lectures so frequently that they must be said to be a model of leadership practice.
4. This is a test of work results
A large-scale event, which is actually a review of the school's overall work. The five schools conducted them one after another, which was tantamount to an evaluation of them.
First of all, the parents' attendance rate and whether they obey the command can test the school's attractiveness and appeal to parents, and it can also speculate whether the communication between home and school is smooth.
