Can you enter the country with a long-term passport if you hold a Singapore long-term passport if you update your passport?
Because after a new passport is issued, the passport number will also be automatically changed. If you want to continue to use automatic customs clearance and other services for entry and exit, people holding the Singapore Long-term Residence Pass (LTVP) need to update information to the Singapore Immigration Agency (ICA).
The copies that need to be prepared are:
The front and back of the permit
The personal information page of the old passport
The personal information page of the new passport and the remarks page
All copies are ordered together and put into a delivery box near counter No. 18 on the 4th floor of ICA with Change of Address written on it.
Another method is to send the scanned copy to the specified email address of ICA.
Scanned copies must be prepared:
LTVP Guarantor Singapore ID card
LTVP front and back
New passport personal information page and remarks page
Old passport personal information page
