Hong Kong Immigration Department has set up "self-service stations" in 7 offices. You can go directly to apply for passport service without making an appointment. The entire processing process takes only a few minutes, and the fastest time is only a few days to get a new passport.
materials required:
8 or above only need to bring " Hong Kong permanent resident ID card ";
html applicants under 118 years old need to prepare their parents or legal guardian ID or travel documents and birth certificate ; children under 11 years old need to present school certificate documents (such as manual with name and photo).

Operation steps:
- goes to the [self-service station] of the designated immigration office (there are 7 choices in Hong Kong);
- enters the machine to operate, choose to apply for a [passport];
- inserts the Hong Kong permanent resident ID card;
- places one of the fingers on the scanner ;
- selects [Instant Shooting], and 3 photos will be taken immediately;

After the application is completed, we will receive a notice or receipt, which will indicate the date of receiving the new passport and the office. After the passport is completed, we can personally or ask an agent to collect the passport, download and fill out the authorization letter.
If you are applying for a passport, the applicant must present the original passport when receiving the new passport to cancel it; if the applicant originally held the visa identity letter , the certificate should also be presented to cancel it.

Operation steps:
