According to Lin Guodong, the Chengdu General Factory of Want Want Group is the first echelon of Want Want Group's "landing" and starts with a small steamed bun production line. "Our initial annual output value is about 10 million yuan. With the support of various policies, the scale has been continuously expanding. This year, the output value has exceeded 1.2 billion yuan, and taxes are paid more than 100 million yuan."

"(The last century) In the 1990s, our mainland factories were basically farmland, and now many factories are facing relocation. Because more than 20 years later, the remote place became the city center, and our plan also needs to follow the needs of urban development and move to a more suitable place." Lin Guodong said that the change of the factory site just reflects the speed of the mainland's development from the perspective of the development of the mainland. "The economic development of the mainland is very optimistic and the market is very large."

Lin Guodong specifically mentioned that as a Taiwanese-funded enterprise that has been rooted in Chengdu for many years, the Chengdu General Factory has enjoyed many policies to benefit Taiwan in recent years, which has further promoted the development of enterprises. "For example, Western Development tax incentives, tax incentives for high-tech enterprises, additional deductions for R&D, etc., will essentially reduce the burden on us and help us develop and grow."

The development of Wangwang Group in the mainland has also led to a group of Taiwanese youth "login". Su Yuxiang, 30, is from , Kaohsiung . After graduating from graduate school, he first went to Quanzhou, Fujian to work, and then came to the Chengdu General Factory of Wangwang Group in 2019.

"I am very amazed when I come, not as one-sided as I know in Taiwan." Su Yuxiang said that what surprised him the most in mainland China was mobile payment, because most people in Taiwan still use paper money, and in mainland China, they only need to bring a mobile phone out. "Even if I return to Taiwan, I forget to bring my wallet when I go out."

In Su Yuxiang's view, the greater benefit of coming to the mainland to develop is that he has met many friends and broadened his horizons.

"I know many people from different provinces in Chengdu. When we are together, we can inspire new ideas and ideas, and also improve my understanding of things." Su Yuxiang said that if young Taiwanese people have the opportunity, they can come to the mainland to make a try. "The premise is to evaluate their own preferences and majors." (End)
