Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation organized food safety supervision to randomly inspect 867 batches of samples from 8 major categories of food, including grain processing products, starch and starch products, bee products, edible agricultural products, soy products, vegetable products, fruit products, special dietary foods (the product sampling results can be checked https://sac.nifdc.org.cn/), and found that 17 batches of samples were unqualified, and problems such as biological toxins exceeding the standard, microbial contamination, agricultural and veterinary drug residues, heavy metal pollution, food additives exceeding the limit, and nutritional indicators are not up to standard.
For unqualified foods found in the random inspection, the State Administration for Market Regulation has instructed Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Henan, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Tibet, Xinjiang and other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) market supervision departments immediately organize disposal work, find out the flow of products, and take measures such as removing the shelves and recalling unqualified products to control risks; deal with illegal and irregular behaviors strictly in accordance with the law; timely disclose the risk prevention and control measures taken by enterprises and the investigation and punishment of to the public, and report to the General Administration.
Now the specific situation of unqualified food inspections is announced as follows:
1. The problem of biotoxin exceeding the standard
Tmall Xinliang Food Flagship Store (operator is Henan Xinxiang Liangrun Maiye Technology Industrial Co., Ltd.) sold on Tmall (online store) and black whole wheat flour produced by Xinxiang Xinliang Grain and Oil Processing Co., Ltd., Henan Province. After inspection by Harbin Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, it was found that ochratoxin A does not comply with the national food safety standards. Xinxiang Xinliang Grain and Oil Processing Co., Ltd. raised objections to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; after re-inspection by Puni Testing Group Co., Ltd., the initial inspection conclusion was maintained.
2. Microbial pollution problem
Taobao real-life specialty store (operator is the mayor of Wuzhou , Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Lianxin Trading Company) sold on Taobao (online store) and edible raw powder produced by Longwei Branch of Guangxi Wuzhou Triangle Food Co., Ltd., the total number of colonies does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Shandong Food and Drug Inspection Institute.
3. Problems of agricultural and veterinary drug residues
(I) Loquat honey, honey and buzz honey sold by Harbin Runfu Commercial Co., Ltd. of Heilongjiang Province and produced by is nominally produced by Shandong Huakang Bee Industry Co., Ltd. . Norfloxacin does not comply with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Harbin Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.
(II) Tibet Autonomous Region Linzhi City Bayi Town Jinsuiyuan Frozen Food Wholesale and Retail Department, the furacillin metabolites do not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Sichuan Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Institute.
(III) The frozen sea bass sold by Lianlu Branch of Liaoning China Resources Vanguard Life Supermarket Co., Ltd. from Tianjin Kuanda Aquatic Food Co., Ltd. was found by inspection by the Beijing Food Safety Monitoring and Risk Assessment Center that the furazolidone metabolite does not comply with the national food safety standards. Lianhe Road Branch of Liaoning China Resources Vanguard Life Supermarket Co., Ltd. raised objections to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; after re-inspection by Dalian Food Inspection Institute, the initial inspection conclusion was maintained.
(IV) The rooster sold by Lhasa City Duilongdesheng Puhui Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd., does not comply with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Sichuan Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Institute.
(V) The fine cowpea sold at stall No. 505, District 1, Lhasa City, Tibet Autonomous Region, , Lhasa City, , Lhasa City, , Duilong Deqing District, , Vegetable Wholesale Market, is not in compliance with the national food safety standards.The inspection agency is Sichuan Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Institute.
(VI) Hangzhou pepper sold by Qingyuanhebao (Beijing) Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. and from Beijing Xinfadi Agricultural Products Co., Ltd. (vegetable trading area) was found by inspection by Shenyang Market Supervision Affairs Service and Administrative Law Enforcement Center that flupronil does not comply with the national food safety standards. Qingyuan Hebao (Beijing) Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. raised objections to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; after re-inspection by the Comprehensive Testing Center of the China Academy of Inspection and Quarantine Sciences, the initial inspection conclusion was maintained.
(7) The Longjiao sold at stall No. 475, District 1, Lhasa City, Tibet Autonomous Region, sold in Tibet Autonomous Region, No. 475, vegetable wholesale area, is not in compliance with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Sichuan Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Institute.
(8) The cowpea sold by Xinjiang Haojiaxiang Supermarket Co., Ltd. Urumqi Happiness Store, is not in compliance with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Chengdu Food and Drug Inspection Institute.
(9) Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region , cowpea sold by the winter plum vegetable and fruit wholesale department of Fengsheng Logistics Park, Korqin District, Tongliao City, oxylefruit does not comply with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Beijing Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.
IV. Heavy metal pollution problem
(I) The tofu skin sold by Beijing Benlai Workshop Technology Co., Ltd. (Benlai Life) in Benlai Life (online store) at Benlai Life (online store) and is the Xinpai Tofu skin factory in Songxi Town, Qingliu County, Sanming City, Fujian Province. After inspection by the Beijing Food Safety Monitoring and Risk Assessment Center, it was found that the lead (in Pb) did not comply with the national food safety standards. Beijing Benlai Workshop Technology Co., Ltd. raised objections to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; after re-inspection by the Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center of the Beijing Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the initial inspection conclusion was maintained.
(II) The steamed meat mold dry vegetable sold on Tmall Qianjiang Flagship Store (operator is Hangzhou Xiaoshan Qianjiang Vegetable Food Co., Ltd.) on Tmall (online store) and is marked as produced by Hangzhou Xiaoshan Qianjiang Vegetable Food Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang Province. After inspection by Shenzhen Metrology and Quality Inspection Institute, it was found that the lead (in Pb) did not meet the product implementation standards. Hangzhou Xiaoshan Qianjiang Vegetable and Food Co., Ltd. raised objections to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; after re-inspection by Zhejiang Fangyuan Testing Group Co., Ltd., the initial inspection conclusion was maintained.
5. Issues of using food additives with excess limit
Taobao Shandong Specialty Snacks Store (operator is Shandong Rizhao City Wulian County Yixinglai E-commerce Co., Ltd.) sold on Taobao (online store) and is marked as produced by Zhonghao Food Co., Ltd. in Juxian, Rizhao City, Shandong Province. The residual sulfur dioxide content does not comply with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is the Comprehensive Testing Center of the China Institute of Inspection and Quarantine Sciences.
6. The problem of nutritional indicators not meeting the standards
Guangdong Shenzhen China Resources Vanguard Supermarket Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Vientiane Tiandi Branch, , which is marked as imported from Hunan Changsha Chucheng Food Trading Co., Ltd. and manufactured by Taiwan Sanfeng Food Industry Co., Ltd. (original: China Taiwan ) , was inspected by Shenzhen Customs Food Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center, and found that the sodium detection value is lower than 80% of the explicit value of the product packaging label. Hunan Changsha Chucheng Food Trading Co., Ltd. raised objections to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; after re-inspection by Hunan Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, the initial inspection conclusion was maintained.
