4. Strictly implement the standard system for offshore operations.
Registered fishing boats and township ships must go to sea with the "people, ship, and number". They carry the poster list with the ship and are not allowed to leave the sea area of Xiang'an District for operations. It is strictly forbidden to dismantle, destroy, shield the positioner, AIS and other equipment; it is strictly forbidden to destroy public facilities such as shoreline fences and fences.Ships going to sea should avoid going to medium- and high-risk areas and sea areas of the epidemic. It is strictly forbidden to go to relevant sea areas to carry out illegal fishing operations or engage in illegal activities such as illegal sea trading, illegal refueling, smuggling, and traversing; it is strictly forbidden to contact overseas personnel and other unknown ships during maritime operations.
