The Civil Aviation Administration of the Philippines said that at around 15:00 local time, the plane crashed in a resort in Kalamba City, Neihu Province, about 50 kilometers away from the capital Manila. The crashed plane is a medical aircraft with 2 pilots and 6 passengers on board, including one patient and several medical staff. The plane was originally planned to fly from southern Philippines to Manila.

According to Japan's NHK TV station, there are likely Japanese passengers on the plane, and local police are assisting the Japanese Embassy in Manila to confirm the identity of the passenger.

According to China Youth Network, the Ba Municipal Disaster Reduction Management Office said that the plane crash and crashed in a local private resort, which also caused casualties among the resort staff.
