In July 1998, after graduating from the normal school, he was assigned to a rural primary school--- Xiaoying Town Zhuquan Primary School. At that time, there were only four classrooms and 7 teachers. The school had only half of the courtyard wall, facing a piece of reed land. On rainy days, the campus is muddy. "The dark room, the earthy platform, and a group of mud children" is a true portrayal of the time. Some teachers were transferred from their jobs for various reasons, and they have been in such an environment for 13 years. He witnessed the development of the school: district-level teaching demonstration schools, district-level Mandarin demonstration schools, and municipal-level standardized schools. In 2011, due to the withdrawal of the school, he came to Fusheng Primary School to teach. During his many home visits in the future, he always brought some gifts to his children to soothe their inner trauma. In his later teaching, he talked to his children many times, teaching her to listen to her mother and teacher and be a good child. In early summer of 2018, when he saw other children put on summer outfits, he took the initiative to buy a beautiful skirt for Xiaofei.
