In February this year, Wu Qingfeng was prosecuted by the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office, and the criminal part was still tried in the Taipei District Court, but the Civil Part of the Smart Property Court announced a verdict on the 16th, rejecting all the lawsuits of Lin Weizhe, and the entire case can be appealed. Coincidentally, this day is also the birthday of Xinyi, a friend of Qingfeng and member of Soda Green.

plaintiff Lin Weizhe claimed that he and Wu Qingfeng entered into a "Copyright License Contract" with Wu Qingfeng in August 2008 that all lyrics, music and music works created before and during the contract period are "exclusively authorized" to Lin Weizhe Music Club, and the authorized content includes reproduction, public broadcasting, public performance, public transmission, modification, publication, and distribution. On the grounds that Wu Qingfeng publicly sang and released songs such as "As Monster", "Space", and "From the Wind" without Lin Weizhe's consent, he claimed a total of NT$8 million in compensation without Lin Weizhe's consent.
The court held that the contract had been agreed to terminate on December 31, 2018. Wu Qingfeng's public performance and distribution of songs such as " Singer 2019" on Hunan Satellite TV, Kaohsiung Beer Music Festival, and "Tower of Babel Celebration" were all exercised his copyright property rights, and did not infringe on the plaintiff Lin Weizhe's copyright property rights, and did not constitute unjust enrichment.
