CCTV News: At present, 14 million mu of medium-rice in Jiangxi have entered the harvest season one after another. As of now, the harvest area in the province has reached 40%. All localities are promoting agricultural machinery production safety operations to improve machine harvesting efficiency and ensure that grain pellets are stored.
In Zuofang Town, Jinxi County, Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province, 119,000 mu of medium-rice are being harvested. Several combine harvesters are lined up, shuttled back and forth in the golden rice fields. Farmers are stepping up their harvest to ensure that the particles are returned to the warehouse.
In more than 1,000 acres of concentrated high-standard fields in Xiangfu Town, Gao'an City, Jiangxi Province, multiple harvesters are conducting centralized harvesting of newly mature rice. Since the beginning of this year, the local area has vigorously promoted green breeding and farming circulation technology and green prevention and control technology , selected areas with relatively concentrated planting area, good demonstration effect, and representative areas to establish corresponding technical demonstration zones, integrate and promote the reduction and efficiency of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement of agricultural production.
By applying "compost + formula fertilizer" and "commodified organic fertilizer + formula fertilizer" manure to the fields, this year, the comprehensive utilization rate of livestock and poultry manure in Gao'an City has reached more than 95%, and 17,000 tons of compost, organic fertilizer, formula fertilizer are distributed to rice growers for free, with an application area of 115,560 mu.
