What is the most dangerous job in the world? The answer is the President of South Korea. What about the second danger? "President of Taiwan". History always teases people. When former South Korean President Park Geun-hye was requested for approval in March 2017, on May 15 this year, former Taiwan leader Ma Ying-jeou was revoked by the Taiwan High Court, and instead found him guilty of the crime of "inciting secret leakage" and the "civil servants leaking information for no reason" in the "Tongbao Law" and sentenced to four months in prison. Fortunately, Ma Ying-jeou can use a fine of NT$120,000 to serve his sentence, and he can also appeal.
Re-convicted
In the reasons for the judgment, Taiwan's "High Court" said very seriously, accusing Ma Ying-jeou of having the civil servant status stipulated in the "Criminal Law" and "Civil Servant Service Law" and not having the right to not follow the law. "But he did not abide by the law and leaked it rashly. As the head of state of democratic rule of law, he was obviously not an example." Ma Ying-jeou's office issued a statement on the 15th, expressing regret for the verdict and saying that it will appeal to the end. Ma Ying-jeou himself said that in the face of such a case, if he goes home and sleeps a lot, this is called a lack of example, "I will definitely appeal." He said that today's (15th) judgment is different from the results of the previous three related judgments, so this issue must be clarified. What he strives for is not only personal rights, but also the authority of Taiwan's future leaders should not be restricted. After being found guilty on

15, Ma Ying-jeou told reporters that he would appeal to the end.
Ma Ying-jeou became the second resigned leader in Taiwan to be convicted after Chen Shui-bian. "Brother Ma", who has been wearing a suit for more than ten years, is now going to co-star with the corrupt Chen Shui-bian in "Prison Storm". What's wrong with Taiwan learning? Is it necessary to learn from South Korea to engage in political liquidation?
Restore the case
Speaking of the instigation and leakage case involving Ma Ying-jeou, we must mention the "Ma Wang Zhengzheng Political Controversy" in 2013. In June of that year, when the Special Investigation Team was monitoring the DPP legislator Ke Jianming for other cases, it was unexpectedly recorded that Wang Jinping, then the Legislative Yuan president, called Ke to conduct judicial custody. Huang Shiming, then the "Prosecutor General", was "desirely committed to making contributions" and immediately asked to meet Ma Ying-jeou. Later, he reported the case to Luo Zhiqiang, then the "Deputy Secretary-General of the Presidential Office" and Jiang Yihua, then the "Premier-General of the Executive Office". Ma Ying-jeou immediately held a press conference, denounced Wang Jinping for "a day of shame in Taiwan's democracy and rule of law" and demanded the revocation of Wang's Kuomintang membership. Wang Jinping, who was attending his daughter's wedding in Southeast Asia, rushed back to Taiwan and launched a counterattack. In October of that year, Ke Jianming went to the Taipei District Court to prosecut Ma Ying-jeou for suspected instigation of leaking secrets, and accused Huang Shiming of leaking secrets from the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office.
To put it simply: According to Taiwan regulations, the "President" and the "President" have no command and supervision power for prosecutors to investigate, and the "President" has no obligation to report criminal cases under investigation to the "President". Ke Jianming believes that on September 1, 2013, Ma Ying-jeou instructed Huang Shiming to report the case to the official residence, for suspected of instigating and leaking secrets for the first time; on September 4, he instructed Huang to report to Jiang Yihua again, for suspected of second instigation.

Ma Ying-jeou appeared in court as the defendant.
The case was heard publicly many times after Ma Ying-jeou stepped down. Ma Ying-jeou defended himself and said that the Guan-speaking case affected the relationship between the Executive Yuan and the Legislative Yuan and involved the "rights and responsibilities shared by the President and the President" stipulated in Article 56 of the Constitution of the Republic of China. Therefore, Jiang Yihua and a few aides must be invited to discuss strategies for response.
The prosecutor obviously did not adopt Ma Ying-jeou's self-defense. On March 14, 2017, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office issued an 88-page indictment, formally prosecuting Ma Ying-jeou. It is said that Huang Shiming's testimony during the court hearing, "I first reported to President Ma to Guan and explain the investigation to President Ma on September 4, 2013, on the order of President Ma," which played a "key role in the final step" and finally sent his original boss to the gate of the prison.

key chapters of the indictment
Let’s talk about what other parties are now like:
Former "Legislative President" Wang Jinping: retained his membership of the Kuomintang. Although he was an ordinary "legislator", he was still quite glorious. Last year, he led a delegation to visit Japan and met Abe's younger brother; but he lost the throne of "Legislative President" who had been sitting for 16 years;
Former "President" Jiang Yihua: is indifferent to politics and goes away to Hong Kong.
Former "Prosecutor General" Huang Shiming: was sentenced to one year and three months in prison for violating the "General Insurance Law" and leaking secrets. Yi Ke was fined NT$450,000 (using the method of paying money instead of the sentence).
It can be said that everyone is a loser, only Ke Jianming, the convener of the DPP’s League, plays an important role in the “Legislative Yuan”. In an interview, he proudly said that "politics, the last thing to laugh is laughing."
is not finished
Is the lowest point in life facing Ma Ying-jeou? Don't be naive, the green camp's pursuit is just the beginning.
During Ma Ying-jeou's eight-year term, he was sued for 300 lawsuits. The Taipei District Prosecutor's Office still has more than 20 cases not yet settled. In addition to the leak case, there are also several "major cases". Yes, it was my intentional quotes made by me, because some cases sounded incredible, so I’ll tell you one by one.
1. Crime of leaking secrets: lawyer Huang Diying accused Ma Ying-jeou of giving a speech at Soochow University in September 2016, suspected of leaking the secrets of the meeting with mainland leaders in Singapore, which hurts Taiwan and the United States. Previously, the Mainland Affairs Council stated that it had listed the meeting as a "state secret."
2. Ma Ying-jeou was accused of using the chief's special fee to pay for the adopted stray dog "Ma Xiaojiu". In March last year, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office decided not to prosecute.
3. Report on the funding of the tower column of the Maokong Cable Car: Democratic Progressive Party MP Xu Jiaqing found in 2009 that the foundation pile of the Taipei Maokong Cable Car Tower was inconsistent with the contract, more than 100 meters were missing, and the NT$16 million funding for maintaining the tower column was unknown. Therefore, he accused the then Taipei Mayor Ma Ying-jeou of suspected corruption.
4. The Big Dome Tuli Yuanxiong case: Ma Ying-jeou was accused of being a mayor of Taipei, allowing the Big Dome Group to obtain the Big Dome development case to avoid the discounts on development funds and operating premiums. Ma is suspected of making profits of Yuanxiong.
5. Fraud case: artist Guo Meizhu said that when she attended the fundraising dinner in 2002, Ma Ying-jeou, who was the host, suggested that she spend money to buy back the paintings she donated, and Guo asked Ma to donate the tie she wore and auction them together. Guo Meizhu believes that she should have obtained Ma Ying-jeou's tie in the end, but she has never received it. This time, the Taiwanese prosecutor finally had eyes and refused to prosecute.
6. Unknown source of property : With a monthly salary of about NT$470,000 and a promise to donate half a salary, Ma Ying-jeou's monthly deposit reached 480,000 yuan, and there is a suspicion of unknown source of property. In March last year, the investigation of the case was signed.
7. Crime of abolition of office: Taipei City Councilor reported that Ma Ying-jeou went south to Pingtung during the 2001 "Nali" storm, but failed to sit in the disaster prevention and response center, causing a flood in Taipei City, and suspected of abolition of office and causing disaster. In August 2016, he was exempted from prosecution due to insufficient evidence.
8. Case of Party Property Epidemic. In 2015, a lawyer accused the Kuomintang of nearly NT$200 billion in 2000, and by 2006, only 27 billion yuan remained. 13 people including Ma Ying-jeou, who was once the head of the Kuomintang, were seriously suspected.
After reading these, will you unconsciously curl your lips? Compared with Chen Shui-bian who has "700 million in the sea", is it a big deal? But the Green Camp was not satisfied. Their logic was: on the day Chen Shui-bian left office, he was subject to exit control, but Ma Ying-jeou was still able to give a speech in the United States. No, the next step is to restrict Ma Ying-jeou from leaving the country.
"Political Koreanization"
Everyone who knows Wanwan knows that they love to compare with Korea in everything. Both developed their economy in the 1970s and became the "Four Asian Tigers". At the same time, they democratized in 1986. Even politicians were always called "Taiwanese So-and-so" or "South Korea So-and-so". For example, Ma Ying-jeou was once called "Taiwanese Lee Myung-bak" and Lee Myung-bak was called "South Korea Ma Ying-jeou".Now, Taiwan has learned the "clearance culture" of South Korea again.
"Taiwan independence" elements first used Japan as their base in the early post-war period and then moved to the United States. This is the reason why they "don't anti-Japanese, but only anti-China". In recent years, this "anti-China sentiment" has changed to opposing the Kuomintang from mainland China. In the ideology of the "independence faction", the Kuomintang must be fought to death. The method is to start from tracing the Kuomintang's achievements, and further spread to the Kuomintang leaders from Sun Yat-sen, Chiang Kai-shek to Ma Ying-jeou, except for Lee Teng-hui.
Understand this point, we will understand why after Tsai Ing-wen came to power in May 2016, the DPP authorities wanted to establish an "Improper Party Property Handling Committee"? Why did the incidents of pushing down the bronze statue of Chiang Kai-shek and spraying the statue of Sun Yat-sen occur one after another around the anniversary of the "2.28 Incident"? Why do Tsai Ing-wen’s confidants vigorously advocate the “Protection Law” and the “Reverse Infiltration Law”? Specifically, Ma Ying-jeou fell into the "court life" arranged for him by the protracted green camp. In a word, the "transformation justice" advocated by Tsai Ing-wen has become "transformation injustice".
Through the vast Pacific Ocean, Ma Ying-jeou and Park Geun-hye became "brothers and sisters". I still remember when Chen Shui-bian was imprisoned for a corruption case, a supporter shouted, "How many years will Ah Bian be imprisoned, and Ma Ying-jeou will be imprisoned for several years in the future." Tsai Ing-wen, I think your back spine must be emitting a cool breeze. "When will the revenge be repaid?" It is still the judiciary and politics belong to politics, so that the "clearance culture" can be calmed down.
