Fan Zhen introduced the history and current situation, development goals, development plans, characteristics and advantages of Tai'an College, and specifically introduced the persistence of generations of scholars from Taishan College in Taishan Research.
Zhao Wenhong pointed out that heroic culture is an important element that Chinese culture needs particularly. He discussed the heroic culture in Taishan Culture from three aspects: First, our ancestors gave Taishan heroes the character; Second, major events and figures related to Taishan reflect a distinct heroic spirit; Third, the cultural relics and stone carvings displayed on Taishan are full of heroic spirit. He called on scholars to sort out and summarize and study the Taishan heroic culture to serve today's cultural construction.
Professor of Mount Tai College Zhou Ying sorted out the initiative records and related documents on deciding Mount Tai as a national mountain in Chinese history. Ye Tao, a researcher at the Institute of World Religion, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and president of the Chinese Folklore Society, spoke entitled "A Trial on Mount Tai as a Symbol of the State and the Nationality". He believes that Mount Tai, as a symbol of the country and the nation, embodies the Chinese people's view of the universe, life and death, and the traditional Chinese social view, and has an unparalleled position in Chinese history and culture. The title of the speech by Liu Xiaofeng, a professor at Tsinghua University, was "On the Special Position of Mount Tai in the Ancient Space-Time System of China". He started from the ancient space-time cultural system of China, discussed the particularity of Mount Tai's cultural geographical location and made a new cultural positioning of Mount Tai. In his speech entitled "Thinking on the Spirit of Mount Tai Mountain Porter", Liu Hui, a researcher at the Tai'an Scenic Area Management Committee, summarized the spirit of Mount Tai as "infinite life, virtue and responsibility", and summarized the spirit of Mount Tai Mountain Porter as "self-improvement, and traces of stepping on the stone". Zhao Bingxiang, a professor at China University of Political Science and Law, said the speech entitled "The Micro-Taishan". He started with the micro-analysis method and pointed out that in the landscape system of villages and towns in North China, Mount Tai occupies a very eye-catching role.

Researcher Chen Jinguo, director of the Contemporary Religion Research Office of the Institute of World Religion, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, summarized the theme of scholars' speeches into three aspects: one is a discussion on the core connotation or cultural characteristics of the Mount Tai spirit; the second is a discussion on how Mount Tai is constructed as a symbol of a nation, country, and family; the third is a study on the specific composition of Mount Tai’s belief, cultural system and its historical origin. He believes that in the future research on Mount Tai culture, we must not only focus on the present, but also return to history, especially to trace it back to the most important issue in the formation of the entire Chinese civilization, and reflect on the value of Mount Tai culture in a longer historical section.
