To better serve the personnel exchanges between China and Vietnam, it provides applicants with faster and more convenient consular certificate services and more comfortable and convenient conditions for applying for certificates. From September 6, 2019, Hanoi China Visa Application Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Visa Application Center") is responsible for handling some consular certificate applications related business. The above businesses include accepting ordinary visas, Hong Kong visas, and China Macau visa applications, as well as collecting biometric information for Chinese Macau visas, collecting visa fees (including expedited fees and emergency fees), issuing certificates and providing consultations. The following notice is hereby notified on related matters:
1. The visa center will be trial-operated from September 3 to 4, 2019. During this period, applicants holding ordinary passport can go to the visa application center or the embassy to submit their applications. If you submit your visa application at the visa application center, you can fill in the form and make an appointment online on the visa application center website. No external office work on the morning of September 5th. The visa application center will be officially launched from September 6, 2019. The embassy will no longer accept ordinary visas, Hong Kong visas, and Macau visas for ordinary passports. Applicants must submit the above application through the visa application center.

2. Those who hold diplomatic and official passport , or who apply for Chinese diplomatic, official, courtesy, and talent visa, please submit your application directly to the embassy, without making an appointment. The embassy will continue to accept notarization, certification, passport, travel permit, applications and other businesses. The time for external acceptance and evidence collection is 08:30-11:00 and 14:30-16:30 (notify separately on holidays). 3. The visa application center will collect visa fees and emergency fees on behalf of the embassy. The visa application center charges a visa service fee. VIP services are provided according to the applicant's wishes. Please consult the visa application center for service fee collection standards and related services details. 4. The visa application center does not participate in the visa approval process. The embassy consular officials will decide whether to issue a visa and the validity period, stay period and number of entry times of the visa based on the applicant's specific circumstances. The consular official may require the applicant to provide other supporting documents or supplementary materials according to the circumstances, or require the applicant to undergo an interview.
5. Except for the visa application center, the embassy has not entrusted other institutions or individuals to handle various consular certificate intermediary services. Applicants are requested to handle relevant information carefully.
