2022 National Master's Student Adjustment Precautions
(I) Before applying for transfer, please carefully read the "2022 National Master's Student Admissions Management Regulations " to understand the relevant policies for transfer. Candidates who meet the basic conditions for transfer as stipulated in the policy can participate in the transfer.
(II) "2022 National Master's Admissions and Adjustment Service System" will be launched on April 6, 2022. During this period, candidates who are willing to transfer can log in to the system to apply for transfer with the username and password registered online.
(III) Before filling out the transfer application, please be sure to fully understand the adjustment work methods, planned balance, transfer time, basic requirements, work procedures, adjustment re-examination methods of the admissions unit (including each college, department, and institute), as well as the policy differences in training, awards and aids of different learning methods (full-time and part-time) of relevant majors, and fill out the adjustment application according to the requirements of the admissions unit.
(IV) Candidates participating in the transfer can fill in three parallel transfer volunteers in the transfer system at one time. After each transfer volunteer is submitted, it will be locked by the admissions unit. The locking time is set by each admissions unit independently, with a maximum of no more than 36 hours. The enrollment unit determines whether to accept candidates to participate in the re-examination based on the adjustment work requirements of the unit and the student source. If the candidate's transfer application is not approved by the enrollment unit, the transfer application will be unlocked, and the candidate can continue to fill in other applications. After the lock time is over, the system will automatically unlock and candidates can continue to fill in other applications.
(V) In order to increase the chance of transfer of candidates, the Ministry of Education requires the admissions unit to open the transfer system for each time, and please make careful choices.
(VI) The enrollment unit independently determines the basic requirements for the initial examination scores, subject and major for the transfer of candidates based on the talent selection requirements and plan balance of the unit. Candidates who choose to fill out their transfer applications should meet the relevant transfer requirements put forward by the enrollment unit.
(7) After candidates submit their transfer application, please log in to the transfer system in time to check the volunteer status and whether they have received the re-examination notice. If you receive a notice of re-examination, please confirm and reply through the adjustment system in a timely manner and go through the relevant procedures as required by the enrollment unit.
(8) After the re-examination is passed, the enrollment unit will send a pending admission notice to the candidates through the adjustment system. Candidates who receive the admission notice should log in to the adjustment system within the specified time of the enrollment unit to confirm.
(9) Once the candidate confirms that he accepts the and is admitted to the notice, it means that the transfer is completed and he will no longer be able to fill in the transfer application, accept the re-examination or the admission notice. If candidates cancel the confirmed admission notice, they must obtain the consent of the admission unit. The admission unit will cancel the admission notice. The candidates can log in to the transfer system to confirm before they can continue to fill in other transfer applications.
(10) If the candidate who has received the re-examination notice does not confirm the re-examination notice in the adjustment system, it cannot be set as pending admission by the admissions unit. During the adjustment period of

2022 basic requirements for transfer candidates
Article 62 of the "2022 National Master's Student Admissions Management Regulations" explains this:

(I) Meet the application conditions for transferring to majors.
(2) The preliminary examination results meet the basic requirements for the national preliminary examination results of the majors for the first choice to apply for in the region.
(III) The major transferred to the school is the same or similar to the major applied for the first choice, and should be within the same subject category.
(IV) The subjects for the preliminary examination are the same or similar to those for the transfer major. The subjects for the national unified question setting for the preliminary examination should be the same as the subjects for the transfer major.

Candidates who apply for a master's degree in law (illegal studies) for the first choice shall not be transferred to other majors, and candidates in other majors shall not be transferred to the major.
(7) Candidates who apply for the " High-level Backbone Talents Program for Ethnic Minority 6" shall not be transferred to the program for admission; those who have not applied for the program shall not be transferred to the program for admission.
(8) Candidates who apply for the special program of "Retired College Student Soldiers" shall apply for transfer to the general program and their preliminary examination results must meet the basic requirements for the national preliminary examination results of the subject (professional degree category) where the relevant majors are transferred to the region. Those who meet the conditions can enjoy the policy of bonus points for the first examination of retired college students in accordance with regulations.
Candidates who apply for the general plan who meets the application requirements for the "Retired College Student Soldier" special plan can apply for transfer to the special plan for admission. Their preliminary examination results must meet the preliminary examination results requirements for the candidates who accept the "Retired College Student Soldier" special plan determined by the relevant enrollment units. Candidates who are transferred to the special plan for "Retired College Student Soldiers" will no longer enjoy the policy of extra points for the first examination of retired college students.
(9) The relevant enrollment units independently determine and announce the results requirements for the transfer of master's degree students in clinical medicine majors in other units. The Ministry of Education has designated the basic requirements for the preliminary examination results of master's degree students in clinical medicine as the basic requirements for transferring candidates who apply for master's degree students in clinical medicine to other majors.
Candidates who apply for a master's degree in clinical medicine can be transferred to other majors according to relevant policies. Candidates who apply for other majors (including medical academic degrees) cannot be transferred to a major degree in clinical medicine.
(10) Candidates who take separate exams (including military plan and Tibet aid plan ) are not allowed to be transferred.
Before applying for transfer, candidates should fully understand the adjustment work methods of the enrollment unit (including each institution, department, and institute), as well as relevant policies such as enrollment, training, awards and assistance, employment, etc. in different learning methods of relevant majors (full-time and part-time). Admissions units should also actively carry out policy publicity and interpretation.
Online adjustment process
1: Log in to the adjustment system
Candidates log in to the online adjustment system of " China Postgraduate Admissions Information Network " with the username and password registered online registration.
2: Query the plan balance
Candidates must carefully read the adjustment methods issued by each enrollment unit in their school information column or other channels before filling out the transfer application, and query the plan balance information of each enrollment unit.
Special note: Candidates applying for transfer should meet the transfer conditions determined by the admissions management regulations. Candidates who do not meet the requirements for transferring to the major subject categories, the requirements for the preliminary examination subjects, or do not meet the transfer conditions of the enrollment unit will be unable to apply for the corresponding application.
3: Fill in the transfer application
Select the enrollment unit and professional research direction of the published balance through the adjustment system. If the adjustment policy of the Ministry of Education and meets the adjustment application conditions set by the admission unit, you can fill in the adjustment application (three parallel adjustment applications can be filled in at one time). The submitted transfer volunteers are not allowed to be modified within the time set by the enrollment unit (no more than 36 hours) (each volunteer is timed separately) for the enrollment unit to download volunteer information and decide whether to notify candidates to participate in the re-examination.After the lock-up time arrives, candidates can continue to wait or apply for other applications.
4: Re-examination notification
After the candidate submits the transfer application, if the admissions unit agrees to participate in the re-examination, a re-examination notification will be sent through the transfer system. Candidates are asked to log in to the adjustment system in time to check their volunteer status and the re-examination notice of the admissions unit. If you receive a notice of re-examination, please promptly pass the adjustment system to reply within the specified time of the enrollment unit to whether you agree to participate in the re-examination, and complete the relevant procedures as required by the enrollment unit.
Candidates who fail the re-examination can still continue to fill in other transfer applications.
5: Admission notice
Candidates will receive the "Admission notice" sent by the enrollment unit after the re-examination is over. After receiving the admission notice issued by the enrollment unit, candidates must log in to the transfer system within the specified time of the enrollment unit to confirm, otherwise the enrollment unit may cancel the admission notice.
Once the candidate confirms that he accepts the pending admission notice, it means that the transfer is completed and he will no longer be able to fill in the transfer application, accept the re-examination or pending admission notice.
If candidates cancel the confirmed admission notice, they must obtain the consent of the admission unit. The admission unit will cancel the admission notice. The candidates can log in to the transfer system to confirm before they can continue to fill in other transfer applications.
