Academician Bai Chunli, the leader of the "Belt and Road" major consulting project for innovative development of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and chairman of the "Belt and Road" International Scientific Organizations Alliance (ANSO), attended the launch meeting. The meeting was chaired by Academician Gao Hongjun, Deputy Dean of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
