Yangtze River Daily Great Wuhan Client August 31 Move the "fish's home" from the pond into "giant buckets". This fish farming method of Wuhan Huafengju Ecological Agriculture Development Company not only produces about 15 times the annual fish volume than traditional surface aquaculture, but also achieves zero emissions in the breeding process.

htmlOn 31, at this aquatic base located in Wangjiahe Street, Huangpi District, the reporter of Yangtze River Daily saw rows of "giant buckets".Climb the escalator and stand next to the "bucket" that is more than 2 meters high, so that you can see the full picture of the "bucket" about 8 meters in diameter. The water flows continuously in the "giant bucket" but no fish are seen. Once they feed, countless fish will float up to compete for food.

General Manager Zou Shenghua introduced that this "giant bucket" is called land-based zombie farming pool. It is an aquaculture equipment independently transformed by the company in combination with mature market products.
Each land-based zombie pond has a capacity of about 125 cubic meters, and can breed special aquatic products such as sea bass and mushroom fish. The annual output of a single pond is 8,000 to 10,000 jin, far higher than that of traditional pond aquaculture. He quipped that because the water in the pond is constantly circulating, the fish in the pond are trained more than fish pond farming. "The fish swim more, which is equivalent to constantly exercising, and the meat is better!"

The real feature of the land-based zoning pond is that the facility has the dual characteristics of saving the area of aquaculture water and environmental protection and energy conservation. Zou Shenghua introduced that the captive pond is connected to the ecological pool built outside through a pipeline network. The fish are grown manually in the captive pond. The excrement and feed residues contained in the confined pond are extracted through the exquisitely designed sewage discharge pipeline network, and are physically filtered and ecologically purified by the micro filter and the ecological pool, and are re-injected into the captive pond to form a closed-loop recycling system.

Liu Zidong, senior engineer of Wuhan Aquatic Technology Promotion Guidance Center, introduced that in traditional aquaculture, in traditional aquaculture, after several years of pond breeding, the residues of residual bait, excrement, etc. need to be drained and silted, which will consume water sources. The recycling model of captive ponds is recycled through natural purification of water plants, silver carp, bighead carp, etc., which can improve the utilization rate of water to a higher extent and reduce environmental pollution. "The filtered organic matter is used as fertilizer for plants in the park, and the recycling of aquatic products has basically achieved 'zero emissions'."

and clean the recycled water body, which also allows high-density breeding to be carried out in the breeding circle.
At present, the aquatic base has more than 60 circulating land-based colony ponds and similar container aquaculture waters, cultivating special aquatic products such as sea bass, flower mushrooms, silver cod, round hornet , one-third of which are sea bass, and it is estimated that the annual production of adult fish can reach about 2 million kilograms. Next month, a batch of bass at the base will be on sale.

It is reported that the captive pond breeding model emerged around 2018. It is a new aquatic facility breeding model, with the characteristics of ecological and environmental protection and green emission reduction. It is a green, healthy and high-quality breeding model that our city is currently vigorously developing.
