"Red Bull"? "Spiritual"? I can't tell the difference.
On February 27, 2022, Huashang Daily-Ersanli Information (Jilin Provincial Help Hotline 13080025631) received a report from Mr. Yan in Changchun that he had bought "Jinniu" when he bought Red Bull vitamin functional beverages in a billiard hall on Jinxi Road, which made him doubt whether he had bought fakes.
Mr. Yan introduced that on February 3, he spent 14 yuan to buy two "Red Bulls" while playing billiards at Zhuoyaqiu Bar on Jinxi Road in Changchun. After taking a sip, he felt that the taste was not right, so he put it aside. But then when he carefully checked the outer packaging of the beverage, he found that it was not written on it in English as "Red Bull", but "Jinbull Energy Drink". Because he suspected that he had bought a fake product, Mr. Yan asked the boss to deduct the beverage fee at the checkout, but the boss did not agree. Mr. Yan then reported this situation to the relevant departments, but did not receive a satisfactory reply.

"At that time, I told the clerk to take two listens to Red Bull, and the clerk gave me this. This is the "Jinniu" produced by Red Bull Company, but can the mineral water produced by Coca-Cola be sold to consumers as Coca-Cola? Isn't this a fraudulent consumer? I think they should compensate me 500 yuan."
In response to Mr. Yan's situation, on March 2, Huashang Daily-Ersanli Information contacted Mr. Li, the head of Zhuoyaqiu Bar. Mr. Li said that the beverages sold in the store comply with relevant regulations and there is no situation of deceiving consumers. Mr. Yan’s request is unreasonable and the store cannot compensate.
"We have always sold this Jinniu, not a so-called fake. We all went to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to coordinate with the formal procedures. How could he still say we were fraudulent?"
When asked whether the clerk was prompted that the drinks sold were "Jinniu", Mr. Li said: "There were too many people at that time."
htmlOn December 2, when the Huashang Daily-Er Sanli Information tried to contact the national unified hotline on the packaging of "Jinniu" beverages, the phone prompted that there was no such business number.
