Benxi Huaximu Hot Spring Hotel is located in the Guanshan Lake International Hot Spring Tourism Resort in Tanggou, Benxi. The resort is surrounded by forests. However, for southerners who rarely see snow, the snow town is indeed beautiful, especially when the red lanterns light up at night, it also has the atmosphere of celebrating the festival.
Actually, I have never been to Xuexiang. I went to a more convenient and more delicious place than Xuexiang, which is Xuetun in Guanmenshan.
is only one word different from Xuexiang. Xuetun in Guanmen Mountain, Benxi is also a great place to appreciate the Northeast Xuecun style. The key is that there are not many tourists, but there are indeed many snow entertainment options, including skiing, hot springs, delicious food, and a very spectacular ice waterfall landscape to enjoy.
Xuetun is a miniature snow town. You can truly feel the snow village style in the northeast winter. Whether it is houses or roads, it is covered with thick snow. The sleds, ancient wells, corn and ice cones hanging under the eaves of the village will make tourists feel the northern style exactly the same as those in movies and TV.
Guanmen Mountain is known as the "Northeast Little Huangshan Mountain". The scenery has five beautiful scenery: the beautiful mountains, the peaks are strange and steep, rising from the ground, the top of the peaks is graceful and pine-shaped, and strange rocks are standing on it, like a giant bonsai made of heaven and earth.
There are many ice waterfall landscapes in Guanmen Mountain in winter. This is the second time I have seen the ice waterfall, and it feels very spectacular.
When playing with ice waterfalls, you must pay attention to safety. On the one hand, you should pay attention to anti-slip under your feet, because the ice surface under your feet is frozen on the lake, and you may fall if you are not careful. On the other hand, try not to get too close to the ice waterfall, especially don’t stand under the ice waterfall to avoid injury.

[Benxi Water Cave Rime]
Speaking of rime, we are still very lucky. I haven't seen rime for three days and I'm going to return today. I was still sleeping and I heard the phone ringing. My friend called and said there was rime.
We quickly got up and had a simple breakfast, so we drove to the water cave. Because we had not encountered rime for a few days, we were almost giving up, but we couldn't see rime for this trip. We arrived at the entrance of the water cave, got off the car, and were shocked by the beautiful rime outside the cave. The silver-white branches on the tall trees were attached with dazzling ice crystals, and they were clearly separated, as if they were wrapped in a elves coat.
There is a small Guqin Lake outside the water cave. Although this is an inconspicuous small lake, it is just an ordinary small lake in peak season. In winter, the rime and snow are beautiful.
Guqin Lake reflects the ice and snow world formed by rime. A gust of wind came, and the remaining snow slid down on the branches and merged into the water, as if it also alarmed the world in the mirror.
The ancient corridor outside the water cave also complements the artificial lake and the pavilions. The floating snow on the eaves and the stone steps by the lake make the world outside the water cave particularly dreamy, just like the fairy tale world.
This is a very ordinary landscape. In the cold winter of minus 16 degrees Celsius, when snow and rime wrapped around the entire lake, it even left like a fairyland in Guanghan, which was so beautiful that it was out of control.
At this time, there were no other tourists, so we started taking photos and recording videos with our mobile phones and cameras to record these beautiful pictures.
It takes great opportunity to see rime. The rime in front of the cave is not frozen all year round because the artificial lake in front of the cave is condensing and cruising, so this white, jade-like, warm and lovely rime is formed on the shore.
White water vapor rises on the surface of Guqin Lake, which looks like a carefully shaved landscape painting from a distance. The tall trees are full of rime and shadows; the short shrubs are covered with snowflakes, and they are clearly marked. The snow branches do not press on the branches, but are attached to the bottom of the branches. This should be created by the north wind over and over again, right?
The shadows and snow lights of the mountain-shaped trees are reflected in the lake, making this snowy world as dreamless as unreal.After watching the rime, we went back to the hotel to continue to rest, and the itinerary was a perfect end.

This is my second trip to Benxi. I boarded the return train. The four days are not long or short, and I have nostalgia and reluctance to leave. I bid farewell to Benxi's winter and bid farewell to the picturesque beauty. Every separation is for a better encounter.
