htmlOn September 2, the urban renewal engineering design (master planning research, conceptual plan design, functional planning) in Huzhou City's old city area issued a bidding announcement:
This project design tender involves a total of 39 plots, including 16 expropriated plots, 16 existing plots, and 7 property rights replacement plots (planned projects). The
project is generally located in the core area of Huzhou Old Town, and is within the surrounding area of the national historical and cultural block. The overall scale and content of the project are the relocation and resettlement of historical and cultural block protection and improvement areas, renovation of old communities, repair of historical and cultural buildings, new industrial carriers and supporting facilities, etc. The total land area of is about 934 mu.
Design service scope: undertakes related design work in the design of this project and its optimization and later cooperation service process. The design work includes the following contents: overall planning research of 39 plots in the old city, conceptual plan design of 22 plots, and targeted functional planning plans for 7 plots.
The estimated design fee for this tender is about 10.2 million yuan.

Agricultural Bank of China Huzhou Branch (Ren Road), Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Ren Road), Construction Bank Huzhou Branch (Hongqi Road), Postal Savings Bank (Ren Road), Huzhou Women's and Women's Hospital, the former Central Hospital plot, and the former Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital plot.
