I have been to Zhejiang, Guangzhou, Fujian and other places. Because I have no education and no skills, I can only go to the factory to do some physical work, barely supplementing my family income. Unexpectedly, due to the impact of the epidemic at the beginning of this year, I was unable to go out to work and completely lost my income. My family was in trouble for a while, and I was in a hurry.
At this time, the village first secretary, village party branch secretary, and grid leader came to my house one after another. After learning about my situation, he immediately contacted Maoying Industrial Park and recommended me to work in the workshop of Guizhou Hangai Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. After learning the news, I was so excited that I couldn't sleep for several nights.
The village cadres said that the workshop was a designated poverty alleviation workshop jointly built by China Aviation Industry Corporation and Guizhou Rongai Clothing Co., Ltd. in the county, specifically to help solve the employment problems of poor people.
Because I am not afraid of hardship and are down-to-earth and willing to work hard, I quickly developed my skilled sewing skills. The master who took me also praised me for making rapid progress and encouraged me to continue working hard. I have more confidence and strive to become a technical backbone as soon as possible.
Now, I have become a sewing worker and earn more than 3,000 yuan a month. The place to work is only 10 minutes away from home. I feel very satisfied when working at home, having a stable income, being able to take care of my mother and my younger brother. With good policies from the state and government, coupled with my own efforts, the living conditions at home have been greatly improved, and stable poverty alleviation is not a problem.
In the poverty alleviation workshop, there are 16 poor households like me who are employed at my doorstep and achieve stable income increase.
