The complaint center has a strict complaint acceptance process and time limit. For the received complaint matters, it will be studied and decided whether to accept them within 3 working days. For those who do not meet the acceptance conditions, the reasons must be informed or the correction materials must be notified. For those who have been accepted, they should be transferred to the relevant functional units for processing, and the relevant units must also be urged to feedback the processing results to the complainant in the later stage.
"During the investigation, Secretary Ding Haijiang proposed to build this center into a comprehensive service platform for enterprises to protect themselves, be a good 'old uncle' for the healthy development of enterprises, and continuously improve the satisfaction and sense of gain of enterprises."
