On July 7, 2020, a major flood that happened once in 50 years unexpectedly arrived. All 11 administrative villages in Bei'an Town suffered from disasters of varying degrees, such as water levels, houses entering, crops flooded, road landslides, etc. In order to quickly restore the production and living order of the people after the disaster and create a good living environment, Bei'an Town carefully organized and carried out the post-disaster "four cleanups" work.
One cleaning of waste items caused by disaster victims: More than 130 people, including towns and village cadres, Zhonghuan Cleaning Cleaners, volunteers, etc., were organized to clean up the piles of domestic waste and waste items in front and behind the houses of the affected people, help ship them, and carry out centralized disinfection and treatment. Up to now, more than 50 tons of waste items caused by disaster victims have been cleaned up, and more than 20 disinfection and treatment have been carried out.

The rivers accumulated during the flood season: Organize and mobilize more than 80 party members and masses who have not been affected, and concentrate on cleaning up the accumulated garbage accumulated during the flood season along the Mianxi River and Baiyang River and tributaries in Bei'an Town. A total of more than 20 tons of white floating objects were cleaned, and more than 10 tons of silted weeds and debris were cleaned, so that the rivers in the country can be restored to smooth and clean.
Silt and debris are accumulated along Sanqing roads: 20+ silt garbage loading trucks, large trucks, forklifts, excavators, tractors, tricycles, etc., are concentrated to transport silt and debris along the roads of Dafu Village, Bei'an Village, Wudu Village, and Qixian Village, which are severely affected in Bei'an Town, to ensure traffic safety and sanitation and tidyness.
Source clearance of house collapsed ruins: Investigate and register the number and location of disaster-stricken houses, organize party members, cadres and volunteers to clean up and move more than 10 broken walls and arms blocked to maintain the smooth road surface, invite the county housing and construction bureau to conduct safety appraisal of 18 collapsed damaged houses, and seek funds from upward for repair and reconstruction to ensure the safety of villagers' housing.
