Diesel truck traffic restrictions in urban areas of Jining
To alleviate road traffic pressure, combined with the road conditions in urban areas of Jining, starting from November 9, 2020, diesel truck traffic restrictions will be implemented in the "Big Second Ring Road" in urban areas of Jining.
1. Traffic restriction time:
Starting from November 9, 2020, diesel trucks in the "Big Second Ring Road" in the urban area of Jining City will implement traffic restrictions.
2. Restricted areas:
Roads within the East Second Ring Road (S104), West Second Ring Road (New G105), South Second Ring Road (Linhe Road), and North Second Ring Road (G237-S104-Jining North Ring Road).
Among them, diesel trucks with a nuclear load mass of more than 5 tons (inclusive) and below the National V (V) emission standard (excluding) are prohibited from passing in the "Big 2 Ring Road" (excluding) area; diesel trucks with a nuclear load mass of more than 2 tons (inclusive) and below the National VI (VI) emission standard (excluding) are prohibited from passing in the Ning'an Avenue (East Outer Ring Road, not included), Jishui Avenue (Old G105, not included), Jining Avenue (South Outer Ring Road, not included), Rencheng Avenue (North Outer Ring Road, not included).
It is worth noting that vehicles entering the "Big 2 Ring Road" in the urban area to ensure production and living needs must meet the National V (V) or National VI (VI) and above emission standards respectively, and can only enter the restricted area after review and approval by relevant departments.
Baoshanba District, Yunnan banned medium and heavy trucks
Baoshan Municipal Transportation Bureau and Baoshan Municipal Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment decided to implement management measures to restrict the passage of heavy and medium-sized trucks and dangerous chemical transport vehicles entering Baoshanba District from November 1, 2020.
1. Travel restriction time:
Starting from November 1, 2020.
2. Types of restricted vehicles:
Heavy and medium-sized trucks, trailers, special operating vehicles and all hazardous chemical transport vehicles with a total vehicle mass of more than 4,500 kg (inclusive).
3. Restricted area and time:
1. The K2711+980M Baoshan Shaba Hub to K2739+600M Baoshan Daguanshi Hub;
2. From 7:00 to 24:00 every day, it is prohibited to enter all roads in the area north of Shabing Line (excluding), south of Gongbei Road (excluding), and west of Qingyang Road (excluding).
4. Detour route:
1. If heavy and medium-sized trucks and dangerous chemical transport vehicles driving along the G56 Hangzhou-Rui Expressway pass through the G56 Hangzhou-Rui Expressway, they will drive into the S80 Baoshan Ring Expressway to the Baoshan Daba District through the K2711+980M Baoshan Shaba Hub and K2739+600M Baoshan Daguan City Hub respectively.
2. If heavy and medium-sized trucks and dangerous chemical transport vehicles driving along the G56 Hangzhou-Rui Expressway need to enter Baoshanba District, they will pass through the K2711+980M Baoshan Shaba Hub and K2739+600M Baoshan Daguan City Hub onto the S80 Baoshan Ring Expressway through the K2711+980M Baoshan Shaba Hub and the K2739+600M Baoshan Daguan City Hub.
5. Baoshan Southeast Transit Ring Expressway:
1. Trailers and hazardous chemical transport vehicles should exit the Yongsheng Toll Station of Baoshan Ring Expressway. The trailers are unloaded and transferred or temporarily parked in the parking lot in the Baoshan Industrial and Trade Park, and pass according to the restricted time and area regulations; hazardous chemical transport vehicles pass according to the restricted time and area regulations.
2. Other restricted vehicles can choose to drive out from Baoshan or Yongsheng Toll Station on Baoshan Ring Expressway, unload and transfer or temporarily park in the parking lot, and pass according to the restrictions on the restricted time and area.
3. Heavy and medium-sized trucks and dangerous chemical transport vehicles that really need to enter the restricted area within the restricted period must apply for the "City Pass" from the First Brigade directly under the Traffic Police Detachment of Baoshan Municipal Public Security Bureau, and pass through the "City Pass" according to the prescribed time and designated routes. The traffic restrictions on vehicles such as trucks, tractors and other vehicles carrying mass of 0.8 tons or more in the former Baoshan central urban area remain unchanged.
Travel restriction on trucks in Jinghe New City, Shaanxi
In order to effectively improve the air quality in Jinghe New City, reduce motor vehicle pollutant emissions, improve road traffic order, and alleviate road traffic congestion, it is decided to implement the traffic restriction on trucks in Jinghe New City (yellow card) in combination with the actual situation of the new city roads.
1. Time of travel restriction:

2. Area of travel restriction:
1. The jurisdiction of Jinghe New City is east of Jiyuan Street (excluding), North Ring Road (excluding), Origin Avenue (excluding), south of Jingchen Road Jingyang Expressway exit, west of Zhengyang Avenue (inclusive), and north of Fengjing Avenue (inclusive). Trucks (yellow signs) are prohibited from passing through the enclosed area.
2. Transit freight vehicles passing through the jurisdiction of Jinghe New City detours National Highway 211, National Highway 312, Xitong First Class Road, Yanxi Expressway, and North Ring Expressway.
3. Pass processing: If a restricted vehicle needs to enter the restricted area due to production and living needs, it should obtain a temporary pass for road vehicles in the Jinghe New City restricted area issued by the public security and transportation management department in advance, and pass according to the designated route and time.
24-hour ban on black smoke vehicles in Shantou, Guangdong
In order to further strengthen the prevention and control of motor vehicles in our city and increase the control of black smoke vehicles, our city has designated areas for prohibiting black smoke vehicles in accordance with the law based on actual conditions.
1. Prohibited object:
0 The prohibited object of this notice is a black smoke truck. Black smoke trucks refer to diesel trucks, heavy transport vehicles (excluding motorcycles) that emit visible pollutants such as black smoke or smoke level 1.
2. Time and area forbidden travel:
From November 15, 2020, black smoke vehicles are prohibited from passing through roads within the administrative areas of Jinping District, Longhu District, Chenghai District, Haojiang District, Chaoyang District, Chaonan District and Nanao County, Shantou City.
3. Punishment measures: If a black smoke vehicle enters the prohibited area in violation of regulations, the traffic management department of the public security organ, together with the ecological environment department, shall collect evidence through on-site inspection and monitoring, electronic monitoring, remote sensing monitoring, etc., and shall punish the traffic management department of the public security organ. Within 30 days after the implementation of this notice, the trial period of the prohibition measures will be issued. Travel restriction on heavy trucks in Weifang City, Shandong
In order to further standardize the traffic order of heavy diesel trucks, prevent and reduce road traffic accidents, and ensure the orderly, safe and smooth road traffic in urban areas, in combination with the actual situation of road traffic management in our city, heavy diesel trucks are restricted in some areas of the urban area.
1. Time of travel restriction:

Heavy-duty diesel truck (including special operating vehicles) with a total vehicle mass greater than 12 tons (inclusive).

Yangwa Road-206 National Highway-Yuwang Street-North Ring Road-Anshun Road-Xingle Road-309 National Highway (Qinglan Line)-Bama Road area. None of the above areas includes this road.
4. Traffic restrictions:
1. If a restricted vehicle really needs to enter and exit the above areas, it shall apply for a pass in advance in accordance with relevant regulations and pass at the designated time and route after approval.
2. Those who enter the restricted area for violating regulations shall be punished by the traffic management department of the public security organ in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. The "Urban Road Traffic Restriction Notice" issued by the Weifang Municipal Public Security Bureau in November 2009 will continue to be valid.
Anhui Langxi County, Anhui Province medium and heavy trucks restricted by traffic
Based on the actual situation of road traffic flow in the county and the emission of motor vehicle pollutants, starting from December 1, 2020, traffic restrictions will be taken for freight vehicles driving on roads in the county's urban areas.
1. Time of travel restriction:
From December 1, 2020, traffic restriction measures will be taken for freight vehicles driving on roads in the urban area of this county. The restricted travel time period is 06:00-22:00.
2. Vehicles restricted:
medium (heavy) trucks, hazardous chemical transport vehicles, low-speed trucks, and three-wheeled car tractors.
3. Restricted areas: the area south of
Xuhe Road (inclusive), west of S203 (excluding), north of Binhe West Road (excluding), north of Binhe East Road (inclusive), and east of Fengfei Road (excluding), are restricted sections.
IV. Passage management:
transit freight vehicles are passed by S203. G235 turns left along Tianzihu Road from north to south and enter S203; go to S203 from south to north and enter S203.
Qinhuangdao 24-hour National III restriction
On October 19, 2020, the five departments of Qinhuangdao jointly issued an "Announcement on Implementing Traffic Limit Measures for Operating Diesel Trucks with National III and Less Emission Standards", and from now on, restriction control is implemented for operating diesel trucks with National III and Less Emissions.
1. Travel restriction time:
Starting from October 19, 2020, 24 hours a day.
2. Vehicles for restriction:
Vehicles for restriction: Diesel trucks operating in this city license plate and national third and below emission standards (except for pollution control devices that have been installed and have stable emissions within the warranty period).
III. Control restriction scope:
Diesel trucks operating in National III and below emission standards for roads passing through or entering and leaving the built-up areas of Qinhuangdao City will not be allowed to apply for a pass, and roads (excluding expressways) within the built-up areas of Haigang District (including the Municipal Economic Development Zone), Beidaihe District, Shanhaiguan District, and Beidaihe New District are prohibited from passing through.
Baoding National III Truck Traffic Limitation
On October 15, 2020, the Baoding Municipal Transportation Bureau issued the "Notice on the Restriction of Diesel Trucks for Operating National III and Less Emission Standards", and from now on, restriction and control measures will be implemented for operating diesel trucks with operating national III and Less Emission Standards.
1. Travel restriction time:
Starting from October 15, 2020, 24 hours a day.
2. Vehicles restricted:
All national third and below emission standards operate diesel trucks.
3. Traffic restriction range:
Diesel trucks operating in National III and below emission standards are prohibited from passing through the roads of Baoding City's South Second Ring Road, East Third Ring Road, North Third Ring Road, West Third Ring Road (including above roads).
4. Detour route:
All diesel trucks operating in the National III and below emission standards that pass through the main urban area of Baoding City must detour the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao, Beijing-Kunming, Rongwu, Baocang, Baofu and other expressways (Baoding City Ring Expressway).
Renqiu Guosan truck restriction
Recently, the Renqiu Municipal People's Government issued the "Notice on the Ban on the Operation of Diesel Trucks in the National III and below Emission Standards", deciding to implement the ban on the Operation of Diesel Trucks in the Main Urban Area of our city.
1. Banned time:
From October 15, 2020, pass is prohibited 24 hours a day.
2. Prohibited areas:
North Ring Road (inclusive), Bianque Avenue (inclusive), North Station Road (inclusive), and Taishan Road (inclusive).
III. Vehicles prohibited:
National III and below emission standards operated diesel trucks; vehicles with foreign license plates shall be implemented in accordance with reference.
4. Management regulations:
1. National III and below emission standards are prohibited from entering the prohibited area, and the public security traffic management department will not apply for a pass.
2. The public security traffic management department has entered all diesel trucks operating in National III and below emission standards into the electronic police capture system, and will punish vehicles that violate the prohibition regulations in accordance with the law.
Zhangjiakou National III Truck Traffic Limitation
Zhangjiakou Public Security Traffic Police Detachment issued the "Notice on Implementing Traffic Limitation of Diesel Trucks Operating National III and Below Emission Standards", the specific content is as follows.
1. Vehicles restricted:
National III and below emission standards operated diesel trucks (except for pollution control devices that have been installed and have reached emission standards stably within the shelf life).
2. Travel restriction time:
will be implemented from October 21, 2020, and will be limited to 24 hours a day.
3. Traffic restricted areas:
Qiaoxi District, Qiaodong District, Economic Development Zone, Xuanhua District, Xiahuayuan District, Wanquan District, Chongli District, urban roads, national and provincial roads, county and township roads.
Quyang National III Truck restriction
Recently, the Quyang County People's Government issued the "Announcement on the Restriction and Detour of Diesel Trucks in Operation in National III and Below Emission Standards". The notice shows that the main urban areas of the county will prohibit the passage of diesel trucks in Operation in National III and Below Emission Standards.
1. Traffic restriction time:
From October 16, 2020, all diesel trucks with national III and below emission standards will be prohibited from entering the traffic restriction area throughout the day.
2. Restricted areas:
All roads west of the East Outer Ring, east of the West Outer Ring, north of the South Outer Ring, and south of the North Outer Ring (excluding the above roads).
3. Detour route:
1. Tang County direction: derby National Highway 234, Baofu Road
2. Dingzhou direction: derby Dinglong Road
3. Shijiazhuang direction: derby National Highway 234, Provincial Highway 241, Quxin Road
4. Traffic restrictions:

Xingtai National III Truck Traffic Limit
Recently, five departments in Xingtai City, Hebei jointly issued an announcement on the restriction and ban of diesel trucks operating in the city's National III and below emission standards.
1. From now on, the main urban area of the city and the built-up areas of each county (city) are restricted and prohibited from driving on the roads by National III and below, and illegal vehicles will be punished; diesel trucks operating in National III and below will be transited from other places and travel around the ring highway or ring highway;
2. All vehicle users in the city are prohibited from using it. Diesel trucks operating in National III and below engage in road transportation activities and will be punished for vehicle use units that fail to fulfill their commitments;
3. All emission inspection institutions in the city must strictly inspect according to technical specifications, and strictly investigate and punish institutions that commit fraud in accordance with the law;

Bozhou City Truck Traffic Limit
Recently, the "Notice of the People's Government of Bozhou City on the Demarcation of Diesel Vehicles Ban and Control Areas" was issued, deciding to define a control area for traffic restrictions on diesel vehicles in the central urban area, and will be implemented from October 1, 2020.
1. Types of vehicles prohibited and restricted for traffic:
Heavy and medium-sized trucks (including heavy and medium-sized dump trucks, heavy and medium-sized special structure trucks), passenger cars with 9 seats (excluding 9 seats), three-wheeled trucks, low-speed trucks, tractors and other diesel vehicles, as well as other vehicles that are prohibited from entering by the traffic signs (except for blue-plate motor vehicles).
