On September 30, 2022, the Criminal Investigation Brigade of the Public Security Bureau of Jingbian County, Yulin arrested three criminal suspects in a hotel in Dongsheng District, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, and cracked down on a "ground push" gang that pushed telecommunications network fraud information. 
On September 26, 2022, Zhang, a farmer from Dongkeng Town, Jingbian County, met a group of strange men at the market, saying that he could use his mobile phone to pull friends to build a group and send messages, and he could get toilet paper for free. Zhang handed the phone to a strange man. The strange man pulled Zhang's WeChat friend Xue into a red envelope grabbing group that likes and rebates. After Xue grabbed a few small red envelopes, the group administrator asked Xue to download the APP to like and swipe orders to get greater benefits. According to the command of the group leader, Xue was defrauded of RMB 160,000 after downloading and swiping orders.
It is now found that three gang members Zhang, Liu and Zhang were wearing Pinduoduo vests and pretending to be Pinduoduo staff. They induce the public to build a group and send fraud information by distributing toilet paper for free, so as to obtain commissions for online purchase. Under strict epidemic prevention and control, the police overcome difficulties and investigated carefully, arrested the three people involved in the case in Dongsheng District, Ordos City, and Zhang and Liu were criminally detained. The case is under further investigation.
