The performance appraisal committee will be held to record two demerits of the section chief surnamed Cai and transfer him from his position in charge. According to the "Sexual Harassment Prevention and Control Law", the local competent authority may impose a fine of up to 100,000 yuan ( New Taiwan Dollar ). If power is used to sexual harassment, the fine will be increased to one-half.
