The third Taiwan Media College Student Internship and Aerial Photography Experience Activity ended successfully -
Editor's Note
From July 7 to 21, 2019, the third Taiwan Media College Student Internship and Aerial Photography Experience Activity was held in Sichuan. 10 students from Taiwan’s major in media majors and college students from Sichuan universities went through a 15-day internship trip in Sichuan. Based on the first two aerial photography experience activities, this year's event was upgraded to a professional internship. This is also the first time that our province has invited Taiwanese media college students to conduct professional internships at provincial mainstream media. How will the event bring to young people from Taiwan? Taiwan's "Want Daily" reporter Li Yushan, who participated in Sichuan activities for four consecutive times, and 10 Taiwanese media college students have something to say.
Four visits to Sichuan and gained a lot of harvest
Sichuan is known as the "country of heaven". It not only has abundant resources, but also has rich cultural history. In order to allow Taiwanese college students to deeply understand Sichuan and Sichuan culture, the Taiwan Affairs Office of Sichuan Province broke out of the traditional exchange model and instead used practical experience to invite Taiwanese college students from relevant departments to go to Sichuan for in-depth exchanges.
As a reporter from Wangbao, I have the honor of going to Sichuan to participate in activities for four consecutive times. From the initial visit to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to the journey through the cultural attractions of the Three Kingdoms, experiencing Tibetan and Qiang culture, and interacting with giant pandas at close range, all of which have allowed Taiwanese students and I to witness the deepening of exchanges between Sichuan and Taiwan and the changes in various aspects of Sichuan in recent years. It is impressive and memorable and memorable.
2016
participated in the "Discovering Chinese Medicine Sichuan Font Size - Sichuan-Taiwan Student Traditional Chinese Medicine Cultural Experience Camp" for the first time in 2016, which opened my eyes. Go to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a well-known mainland university for traditional Chinese medicine, to visit the campus medicinal botanical garden and visit the native Chinese medicine plants. In-depth visits to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and experience the "third-level" large-scale medical scale, which left a deep impression. From the perspective of Taiwanese people, its scale is comparable to that of Taiwan's largest hospital - National Taiwan University Hospital. The hospital is decorated with Chinese medicinal materials and traditional Chinese medicine treatment instruments. This is a scenery that has never been seen in Taiwan. For reporters, I have indeed gained knowledge by going to the " Medicine King Valley " in Mianyang to appreciate the natural wonders of Chinese medicinal materials all over the mountains.
In order to allow students to really learn knowledge instead of visiting in general, starting from 2017, the Taiwan Affairs Office of Sichuan Province, Sichuan Daily New Media Center and the "Wanbao" Club innovatively hosted the internship and aerial photography experience activities of Taiwan Media College Students, and invited college students from communication-related departments in Taiwan universities to visit Sichuan in the form of interviews.
2017
2017 event theme is "Retrace the Hero Road of Shu Kingdom ". College students from both places headed all the way to Wuhou Temple, Jianmen Pass, and Zhangfei Temple in Langzhong. At Wuhou Temple, Teacher Li Zhi invited the "Golden Medal Guide (Tourist)" to explain, and the content was wonderful and rich. The history of the Three Kingdoms is very familiar to Taiwanese students and is easy to access through movies, TV and mobile board games. Therefore, the activity starts with the "History of the Three Kingdoms", allowing students to interview and produce videos, resonance and learning stimulation. In addition, everyone who came to communicate with Sichuan was very personalized and professional, which helped to strengthen exchanges between young students on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, which allowed me to establish friendship with Sichuan classmates. Peng Yongjin, a graduate of Mingchuan University in Taiwan who participated in the event at the time, said that the "Retracement of the Heroic Road of Shu" activity in Sichuan gave him the opportunity to experience the historical storm and be in the scenes of historical events in the process of understanding the real development of Sichuan, and be as excited and excited as traveling through time and space.
2018
2018's "The Most Charming Tibetan and Qiang Style" takes Tibetan and Qiang culture as the theme, and takes Taiwanese college students into the Ruoergai Grassland with an altitude of 3400 to 3800 meters and see the "grassland style" that has never been seen in Taiwan. I think the interesting thing about this trip is that the Taiwanese students participating in the event have their own ideas and occasionally talk to me about their views on current affairs during the trip. But when talking about this topic after the trip, everyone was deeply impressed by the mainland. The prosperity of Sichuan and the fashionable and openness of Chengdu made them realize that the mainland was not what Taiwanese people imagined. During the many days of Sichuan and Sichuan trip, what we see is not the unexpected "closed" and "backwardness", but the abundance of culture and resources, as well as the display of urban vitality.
2019
This year is the third session of Taiwan Media College Student Internship and Aerial Photography Experience Activity, and the itinerary is also attractive. This year also marks the 150th anniversary of the discovery of giant panda science, so the theme of the event is "New Horizons of Giant Pandas". During the trip, we went to Ya'an to interact with the giant pandas at close range. I still remember that in , Baoxing County, Dengchigou, a female classmate from Mingchuan University in Taiwan, looked at the giant panda from afar. The giant panda's every move made them "crazy", and the awe and screams never stopped. Through the organizer's arrangement during the itinerary, I was lucky to be able to feed giant pandas in Ya'an with my Taiwanese classmates, and intersect with the giant pandas at close range. Listening to the sound of their chewing food, I felt so cute that I couldn't describe it. Following the keeper to help them clean the environment and understand their daily life is also a rare experience. After returning to Taiwan, I was still intoxicated by looking at the photos. It was hard to imagine that I could "face to face" with giant pandas in this life.
In addition, we went to Sichuan Sichuan Opera to experience the appearance and learning posture of Sichuan Opera. Only then did we find that traditional drama work is not easy, and being able to interact with famous actors in Sichuan Opera and listen to the introduction of Sichuan Opera culture and characteristics is a great achievement.
Unfortunately, due to work, I only participated in a week's itinerary and missed the subsequent 5G, drone and other content. Sichuan’s “connotation” is so rich, and I look forward to meeting you next time. (Li Yushan/text Chen Zhipu/photo)
