Taini Hangzhou Environmental Protection Technology Headquarters Project is located in the core area of Qianjiang Century City, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City. It extends to Chaoyun Road Green Belt in the east, to the planned branch road in the north, to Guanlan Road Green Belt in the west, and to Jinji Road Green Belt in the south. The total planned land area of the project is about 23,388 square meters and the total construction area is 182,854.5 square meters. Among them, the above-ground building area is 116,940 square meters, the building height is 209.85m, and the total curtain wall area is about 103,900 square meters. It is planned to build super high-rise office buildings, commerce, hotels and catering; the basement has three floors and a building area of 65,914.5 square meters.

Recently, the Taini Hangzhou Environmental Protection Technology Headquarters project, which was constructed by China Construction First Bureau 2 Company , was successfully completed in advance and entered the construction stage of the above-ground main structure. The basement of the project has been fully topped off and the tower core is under construction in an orderly manner.
