The loopholes in the "social safety net" not only did not fill it up, but a bigger gap appeared.
A female college student from Malaya was sexually assaulted and killed. This is a case where she can prevent the tragedy before it happens and prevent the tragedy from happening later. Not long before the case, another female classmate who was in the same school as the female college student was abducted by the suspect for a near-sighted crime. The Tainan City Police were suspected of hiding the case, which caused the female college student to suffer a misfortune.
