2022 New York Auto Show will be held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York from April 13 to 24. After expansion in 2021, the exhibition center covers an area of 3.37 million square meters. Among them, the 13th and 14th are media days and are officially open to the public on the 15th.

1.2023 Alfa Romeo Tonale
Alfa Romeo's first compact electric model is the 2023 Alfa Romeo Tonale, which was officially unveiled in February. The Tonale is a plug-in hybrid car with battery power for 30 miles. The gas engine variant of the SUV is equipped with a 256hp turbocharged four-cylinder engine.
2.Airflow Graphite Concept SUV and Grand Cherokee 4xe
Stellantis invested $35 billion to bring the new electric vehicle to the market, and the Chrysler Airflow Graphite concept SUV laid the direction for this. The electric car has 22-inch wheels, a sleek profile and 400 miles of range. It also comes with Stellantis' STLA AutoDrive system with L3 autonomous driving capabilities.
Jeep brand showcases its 4xe vehicles, including the Grand Cherokee High Altitude 4xe. The latest 4xe plug-in hybrid model uses water-blue exterior paint for the first time and will be ordered in the second half of the year. The
Grand Cherokee 4xe offers 25 miles of full electric range and 56 miles per gallon equivalent. The 4xe propulsion system combines two electric motors, a 400-volt battery pack, a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine and an eight-speed automatic transmission.
3.Vayanne EV
Austrian automobiles has announced its Vayanne EV supercar. This sports car is beautifully curved, with slim headlights and oversized air intakes. Deus claims that the 2200-horsepower Vayanne can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 1.99 seconds and can reach a top speed of 250 mph. Super performance among the ranks of supercars above $1 million. Its price has not been disclosed.
4.Indi One
Indi EV is a startup based in California . Indi One is an all-electric, five-seater, and a range of 300 miles. As a competitor to the Tesla Model Y, this "lifestyle-focused" electric vehicle has a built-in gaming computer through an in-car integrated computer (VIC), and the infotainment unit is powered by open source software that supports a range of customizations from horn sounds to professional virtual assistants. The Indi One starts at $45,000 and is scheduled to start deliveries in spring 2023.
5.2023 Niro and Kia EV9
Kia uses the New York Auto Show as the launch platform for their next-generation Niro ultra-small SUVs. The 2023 Niro will be equipped with a hybrid, PHEV or EV powertrain. The new model shows more futuristic design elements, such as boomerang-shaped taillights and a more aggressive grille. It also has better mileage – 253 miles, and the previous generation was 239 miles.
The automaker also showed off its EV9 concept car, which debuted at the Los Angeles Auto Show in 2021. It uses the same E-GMP electric vehicle platform as the smaller EV6 and Hyundai Ioniq 5, and it is actually in production.
Kia confirmed at the New York Auto Show that the EV9 will enter the U.S. market in the second half of 2023.
6.Genesis X Speedium Concept
Kia's premium sister brand Genesis has brought its all-electric Genesis X Speedium concept car as a hint that Genesis will launch its all-electric electric vehicle product by 2030.
This coupe highlights the bold design of Genesis: a low long back body style with wraparound headlights and an oversized triangle grille worn by the automaker's gas-engine car.The design originated from the X Concept Genesis launched last year and is named after the South Korean Inje Speedium track it developed.
7.Vinfast VF8 and VF9 SUV
Vietnamese automaker Vinfast showed off its all-electric VF8 and VF9 SUV at the New York Auto Show.
Vinfast also announced at the auto show that it plans to rent the battery separately from the utility vehicle , and charge a monthly fee based on battery usage. Without the battery, the 5-seater VF8 and 7-seater VF9 SUV start at $40,700 and $55,500, respectively.
