6 Parents pay attention to
1. Outpatient vaccination time: every Monday to Thursday from 8:00-11:00 am and 13:30-16:00 pm ( statutory holidays cannot be booked)
2. Come to vaccinate according to the date agreed by the registered doctor. You cannot make an appointment according to the recommended date and vaccine type. You can make an appointment as early as 7 days in advance. If the date of vaccination is over, you can choose the subsequent vaccination date, which cannot be advanced.
3. If the appointment is successful but cannot come to vaccinate on the same day, you can cancel the appointment and re-book the appointment on the subsequent vaccination day. It cannot be advanced.
4. If the binding of children's information fails, you can go to the outpatient registration window for consultation.
5. On the day of vaccination, you must enter the outpatient clinic within the appointment time period, and use the mobile phone line to get the number or scan the code to get the number in the self-service number picking machine to get the number.
6. Newborns and newly moved children must first go to the outpatient clinic to register and move in before making an appointment for vaccination.
