According to the actual situation of the new crown vaccination in Yuncheng District, the first injection rate of the target population in the district is more than 91%. After research by the District COVID-19 Prevention and Control Command, it was decided that from 2:30 pm on June 11, 2021, all vaccination sites in the district (except for the vaccination points of the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital) will cancel the entry system with a vaccination number. The public can enter the site with their ID card and Guangdong Health Code "green code" or vaccination voucher.
3 reminds citizens of attention:
1. Please ask citizens who have been vaccinated for the first dose for 21 days to bring their ID card and first dose vaccination certificate to our district vaccination site to complete the second dose;
2. Have received the vaccination site of Yingdong Stadium , Municipal Power Supply Bureau Gymnasium, Xingyan Vaccination Clinic, people with vaccination numbers on June 11 are required to go directly to the above vaccination sites, without having to arrive at the site according to the time period on the vaccination number;
3, enterprises, social organizations and other groups make an appointment, and you can contact the prevention and control offices of each town (street);
4. According to the epidemic prevention and control requirements, you need to check the Guangdong Health Code to display the "green code" before entering the site. Entering the vaccination site, any "yellow code" or "red code" or who have been to medium and high-risk areas will not be vaccinated. If "yellow code" or "red code" is found, the staff will take them to the designated area for isolation and immediately report to the "three-person team" for processing according to regulations. Citizens are requested to show the Guangdong Health Code in advance;
5, the vaccination date and opening hours of other vaccination sites in Yuncheng District, etc., shall be subject to the official announcement;
6. The designated vaccination site for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreigners is the vaccination site for Yunfu Maternal and Child Health Hospital;
7. Starting from June 9, the appointment time for the new coronavirus vaccine for foreigners will be accepted by the foreign affairs department, and then the city's maternal and child care unit will be arranged uniformly. After the vaccination time is determined based on the number of vaccines and the number of appointments, the foreigners who have made an appointment will be notified to go to vaccination. Foreigners are invited to call 8822227 to register for an appointment from Monday to Friday from 8:00-11:30 am and 2:30-5:30 pm. If foreigners do not know how to speak Chinese, they must be accompanied by a family member or translator;
8. The vaccination of the new crown vaccine by compatriots in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao in Yuncheng District is coordinated and organized by the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Bureau of Yuncheng District, and will be carried out in accordance with the principles of "offline appointment, designated vaccination (Yunfu Maternal and Child Health Hospital), and phased and batched" (with appointment telephone number). Compatriots in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao who have successfully made an appointment should bring their ID card, residence permit or return certificate when getting vaccinated.
