For personal gain, he took the risk of illegally reselling finished gasoline. Recently, the Chengguan Police Station of Pingdu Municipal Public Security Bureau, together with the Economic Investigation Brigade, successfully destroyed an illegally traded finished gasoline den and arrested three criminal suspects including Shang, Dai, and Wang. At present, the three are being criminally detained for suspected illegal business operations.

At the beginning of this year, the suspect Shang saw that it was profitable to resell refined oil, so he bought a scrapped oil tanker and refueling tools. He contacted Wang to purchase finished gasoline at a low price. Dai was responsible for setting up an illegal refueling point to sell gasoline at a lower price and illegally make profits from it. In early June this year, Chengguan Police Station obtained clues, acted quickly, digged and investigated in depth, destroyed the illegal den in one fell swoop, and arrested three criminal suspects including Shang Mou, and initially found that the illegal sales volume was more than 80,000 yuan.
At present, Shang Mou and three others were criminally detained by the Pingdu police in accordance with the law for suspected illegal business operations. The case is still under further investigation.

At present, Pingdu City is carrying out rectification of illegal business operations of refined oil, organizing relevant departments to jointly enforce the law, further strengthen the supervision and management of refined oil market, severely crack down on illegal business operations of illegal transportation and sales of refined oil, promptly eliminate safety hazards, and safeguard the safety of people's lives and property and the overall social stability.
Police remind: Private sale and storage of bulk gasoline and diesel are very likely to occur major safety accidents, which lays huge hidden dangers for public safety; illegal bulk gasoline and diesel are all inferior products, and long-term use will cause damage to the vehicle. I hope that the general public and car owners can raise their safety awareness, consciously resist illegal bulk gasoline and diesel, and call 110 to report when they find any illegal clues.
