Tiananmen, a place that makes people yearn for infinitely. Her buildings are majestic and grand, with red walls and golden tiles, which greatly condense the historical civilization of the Chinese nation. She was like a historical giant, witnessing the surging May Fourth Movement, the magnificent founding ceremony, and the mighty military parades. She is a symbol of New China and a place where world politics attracts attention. My three photos with Tiananmen Square were because of her great mystery and strong infectiousness that attracted me.
first went to Tiananmen Square in April 1979, when I was the deputy instructor of the First Company of the Independent Battalion of the Huimin Military Sub-district. In the 1970s, the troops attached great importance to sports activities. The company where I am is located has several batches of basketball players selected from military sub-districts from various counties and districts. The sports activities are very active, so the company has been rated as an advanced unit for mass sports activities in the entire army. At the beginning of the month, the company received a notice and sent personnel to participate in the work meeting of mass sports activities for the whole army held in Beijing, and then visited the fourth sports meeting of the whole army. I was very excited after accepting the mission. The first thing I thought of was to see Tiananmen Square with my own eyes! I remember it was after dinner on April 5 that the four of us departed from the Jinan Military Region Guesthouse and arrived in Beijing by train at around 10 o'clock. The meeting schedule was still the registration time on the second day, and after breakfast I couldn't wait to rush to Tiananmen Square. The Fourth General Staff Office where the conference representative lives is located in Xiaowei Hutong. It is very close to Tiananmen Square. I arrived in less than 20 minutes. The weather was clear that day. Against the backdrop of the blue sky and the rising sun, the grand momentum of Tiananmen Square shocked me very much. Because I came early, I took advantage of the fact that there were not many people in the square and soon asked the professional photographer on site to take a photo of me and Tiananmen Square.
In fact, I was very excited about attending this meeting. On April 9, 78 representatives who participated in the work meeting were received by the leaders of the Third Headquarters of the People's Liberation Army. Li Da, then deputy director of the General Staff, Zhu Yunqian, deputy director of the General Political Department, Zhang Zhen, and political commissar Wang Ping took a photo with all the representatives. On April 13, the opening ceremony of the Fourth Sports Conference of the Army was held at the Nankou Tank Shooting Range. In addition to watching the performances of the guard of honor, military band, parachuting team, and tank company, they also witnessed the styles of Hua Guofeng, Deng Xiaoping, Xu Xiangqian, etc., the then supreme leaders of the Party and the state and the army. Of course, the competitions of 10 events in the sports meet are even more colorful. Especially the famous basketball players such as Mu Tiezhu and Xing Weining from the Jinan Military Region team won the championship and won the men's basketball competition. I visited the whole process in more than ten days. But as an individual, I feel the most precious thing is the photo I and Tiananmen Square that I sent to the photo studio later.
Time flies. As time goes by, I take a photo with Tiananmen Square at a major turning point in my life. Going there is a confession, a report, a coincidence, and perhaps inaccurate, but the photos truly record the time, place, and people.
The second time I went to Tiananmen Square was in April 1992. At that time, the county (district) armed forces were transferred to local management, and I was in the military sub-district as a deputy regiment position. I asked for a transfer to the office and received the care of the head of the Military Sub-district and the leaders of the Huimin Prefectural Committee. I made it clear that after the transfer to the office, I went to the Prefectural Committee Office. Shortly after that, the military sub-district arranged for me to go to the Emeishan Sanatorium in Chengdu Military Region for recuperation. Before I set off, I still thought of it that I would have to go to Tiananmen Square, Beijing even if I take a detour. When I arrived in Beijing, I first took a photo with Tiananmen Square in casual clothes.
The third time I went to Tiananmen Square was in October 2009. According to the regulations at that time, I was already at the age of relegation to the second line. In order to ensure the continuity of industry connections, I led comrades from the Office of the Municipal Ocean and Fisheries Bureau to the State Oceanic Administration to do connection work. After the end, we went to Tiananmen Square . During the photo with Tiananmen Square there, the feeling in my heart seemed to be telling the country.In that year, I was awarded the title of "Provincial Model Military Transferred Cadre" by the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, and was awarded the first-class merit. At this moment, I thought: Although I will withdraw from my job soon, I did not let down the training of the Party, the country and the army, and did my best to do some of the work I should do. Especially after Binzhou.com issued a call for papers this time, I found out my three photos with Tiananmen Square, staring over and over again, my heart tides fluctuated, and my thoughts couldn't calm down for a long time.
