Not only that, the villagers of Tianzi Village also follow the customs and habits of Wusheng people when celebrating traditional festivals such as the Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Zhongyuan Festival, and Mid-Autumn Festival. For example, on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, when residents of Hechuan, Chongqing were eating moon cakes, the villagers of Tianzi Village started making glutinous rice cakes. They steamed the glutinous rice and used bamboo sticks to form a very glutinous food, and then dipped it in white sugar, soybean noodles, peanut noodles, sesame noodles and other seasonings and ate it.
On the day of getting married, girls in Wusheng County will perform " crying and marrying " according to traditional etiquette. The girls sing their parents' grace and brotherly and sisterly feelings with tactful singing to express their infinite nostalgia for the family. Before going out, you have to pull off a bunch of hair from your forehead and leave it at your parents' home. The next day, the girl who has become a bride will take a big rooster back to the door. On the wedding night, men, women, young and old in the village surrounded the groom and bride and "make a fuss" around the house, pushing the wedding to a climax. Regardless of the generation, there is a custom of "no matter how big or small the three days". During the wedding, guests must have three meals at the host's house. These marriage customs are not available in Hechuan, Chongqing.
For example, today the villagers of Zicun hold weddings strictly in accordance with the customs and customs of Wusheng County. Don’t say, a girl from Chongqing is also very strict when she cries and gets married, and is no less than a girl from Sichuan.
