Hutuo River Ecological Zone is mainly concentrated in the urban section of Hutuo River, starting from Zhonghua Street in the west and ending at the north extension of the East Third Ring Road in the east. It has a total length of 19 kilometers and a total planned area of 3,300 hectares.
