According to Article 7 of the "Protection of Labor Fired by a Large-scale Labor" in Taiwan, the consultation committee shall reach an agreement through consultation. When the agreement is established, an agreement shall be made and signed or sealed by the consultation committee member. The competent authority shall submit the agreement to the competent court for review within seven days from the date of establishment of the agreement. The agreement approved by the court will be implemented to protect the rights and interests of employees.
