Today is an important day for Apple wearable devices. Not only did Apple announce the all-new Series 8, it also refreshed the SE and introduced the rugged Apple Watch Ultra. In other words, we have a brand new lineup of Apple watches.
Apple Watch Super Edition is the star of the show because it is not something we have seen before. It has a large speaker 49mm rectangular display, and it... is really a self-contained class. It is not only the largest Apple Watch screen, but also the brightest 2,000 nits . As for the wrist feel, it's actually lighter than I expected, probably because its case is made of titanium. But make no mistake - this is a big watch.
Another obvious thing is the design tweaks Apple has made for extreme fitness people. There are new orange operating buttons, button guards and a redesigned crown. The edges around the display are also raised to protect the sapphire crystal display – which is what we saw on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. In addition, the display screen is indeed flat.

Next is Apple Watch Series 8. At first glance, the difference from the Series 7 isn't that big, although I can say for sure that the screen looks bigger. Inside, there is a new temperature sensor, although that's not something I'm really able to check in Cupertino . The sensor is designed to help detect ovulation retrospectively. It also has a newer chip - the S8 - which stays fast when you slide the menu. The Series 8 also has a new gyroscope and accelerometer that helps call emergency services when you detect a car accident.

Series 8 doesn't look much different at first glance, but its screen certainly looks bigger.
The new SE is also a fairly incremental update. It also upgraded the S8 chip, and the original SE was a bit like a Frankenstein watch. It mixes the 5-series processor with some sensors used in the 6-series , minus the EKG sensor. The new SE has the same motion sensor as Series 8 for collision detection and is 20% faster than before. The screen is also 30% larger than the Series 3, and the sensor array color matches the front. It basically still lacks an always-on display and new temperature sensor. The back of
SE now matches the front. Otherwise, there will be no many changes in the design.
Apple Watch Supreme Edition, Series 8 and SE are now accepted for pre-order. Series 8 and SE will be shipped on September 16, and Ultra will be shipped on the 23rd. We will let all three of them go through their paces, so please keep an eye out for our comments.
