Since the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, traditional Chinese medicine has played a unique role in the prevention and medical treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia in our city. In order to further serve the resumption of work and production of enterprises in the city, according to the "Notice on Promoting the Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Governments, Enterprises, Institutions and Schools in the City", it is decided to provide free Chinese medicine prescriptions and decoctions for the prevention of new coronavirus infection to enterprises in the city. The following notice is hereby issued on relevant matters:
1. Free distribution targets
all types of resumption of work in the city, and receive the corresponding portion of Chinese medicine prescriptions and decoctions based on the actual number of employees. The specific list of enterprises shall be subject to the recognition of the municipal and county organization departments. The expenses are borne by the municipal and county finance levels respectively.
2. Targeted distribution institutions
Wuling District , Changde Economic Development Zone, Changde Hi-tech Zone, and Liuye Lake Tourism Resort are collected at the city's First Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Dingcheng District, Xidongting Management District, and Hejiashan Original Seed Farm are collected at the city's Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, West Lake Management District is collected at the Hanshou County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Taohuayuan Tourism Management Zone is collected at the Taoyuan County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and other counties and cities are collected at the local traditional Chinese medicine hospital.
3. Issuance process
According to the principles of hierarchical responsibility and local management, the organization departments at all levels arrange liaison officers in the enterprises to collect the epidemic prevention liaison officers at all levels to receive it for free at traditional Chinese medicine hospitals at all levels and guide employees to take it.
