In order to further optimize the legal business environment in South Korea, enhance the legal concept of corporate employees, and help the healthy development of enterprises, on July 19, the Hancheng Municipal Justice Bureau visited Hancheng Heli Coal Coal Co., Ltd. to carry out the publicity and service activity of "Optimizing the legal business environment and sending legal aid to the enterprise". During the
activity, lawyer Lin Sha from Shaanxi Jianbin Law Firm vividly explained to corporate employees the Civil Code, Labor Law, Labor Contract Law and other laws and regulations that are closely related to employees' production and life. At the same time, lawyer Linsha also put forward opinions and suggestions for the company on legal issues and how to prevent legal risks in the business process that the company is concerned about, and provides them with accurate and efficient legal services. Xu Feng, a staff member of the Legal Aid Center, gave a lecture on the Legal Aid Law to employees of the enterprise on the Legal Aid Law, focusing on the detailed interpretation of the definition of legal aid, application channels, conditions, procedures, case acceptance scope and other related matters. Through the interpretation, the enterprise employees have a clearer understanding of the Legal Aid Law, knowing what situations they can apply for legal aid, how to apply for legal aid, and what materials need to be submitted for legal aid, etc., to guide enterprise employees, especially employees in need, to correctly use legal aid and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. Shi Yao, the head of Longmen Judicial Office, explained how employees of the enterprise learn and abide by the law and the relevant knowledge of people's mediation, so that employees of the enterprise know the importance of learning and using the law and have a further understanding of the nature, function, status and role of people's mediation.
Event, Linsha's lawyer and staff member of the Legal Aid Center Xu Feng had an on-site exchange and interaction with the employees of the company, and answered the legal issues face to face. Staff of the Legal Aid Center also distributed more than 200 legal aid publicity materials and Civil Code brochures on the spot, and answered more than 30 legal consultations from corporate employees.
This activity aims to increase the awareness of corporate employees of legal aid, improve the awareness of enterprises to operate and manage their own laws and protect their rights in accordance with the law, help enterprises develop at a high quality, and create a good legal business environment in our city.
