The teachers who went to Taiwan to exchange photos at Zhongzhou University of Science and Technology
From August 20 to 31, 2014, Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College organized a group of 26 professional leaders and backbone teachers from each secondary college to go to Zhongzhou University of Science and Technology in Taiwan and Jianguo University of Science and Technology in Taiwan for a 12-day exchange and study.
During the process of learning and communication, the Zhongzhou University of Science and Technology of Taiwan and the Jianguo University of Science and Technology of Taiwan carefully organized 12 special lectures, 4 symposiums and 5 field visits. Dr. Chai Yuqing, Chairman of Zhongzhou University of Science and Technology, Dr. Zheng Zhaoxu, Director of the R&D Department, Dr. Xie Qinglong, Director of the Lifelong Education Department, Dr. Zhang Yuanqi, Leader of the Group, and Dr. Chen Yingfei, Director of the General Education Center, respectively gave five academic lectures entitled "The Development of Taiwan's Technical Vocational Education", "Industry-university Cooperation and Application of School-Enterprise Cooperation", "Guide to the Implementation of Education in Promotion Education and the Establishment of the Certificate and License System", and "General Course Design of Technical Vocational Education General Course". Dr. Jiang Jinshan, Chief Executive of Jianguo University of Science and Technology, Dr. Ke Wang Sunpeng, Vice President, Vice President, Dr. Huang Qinghe, Vice President, Dr. Liu Binglin, Dean of the School of Engineering, Dr. Zeng Xianzhong, Director of the Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Optics, and Dr. Chou Lunzhang, Director of the Academic Affairs Office, respectively gave "Introduction to the Achievements of the University of Science and Technology", "The Current Situation and Prospects of Globalized Technical Vocational Education and Taiwan Technical Vocational Education Development", "Taiwan Technical Vocational Education Course Innovation Planning, Design Concept and Practical Achievements", "Planning, Design and Construction of Teaching Quality Assurance System", "Current Planning, International Competition Strategies and Practical Achievements related to Innovation and Creative Engineering R&D", "Green Energy Technology and Mechanical and Electrical Integration", and "Innovative Model of Student Affairs Management - Four Auxiliary Integration System" Seven Academic Lectures. The students visited the training venues and research institutes of the two universities, and conducted on-site visits and exchanges and discussions with local enterprises, Changhua Industrial Zone Haoyu Industrial Co., Ltd., Taiming Enterprise Co., Ltd., Weire Mountain Hills SunnyHills Company, Changhua County Community Development Association and Changhua Municipal Education Bureau. The cross-strait universities have sincere dialogues and frank discussions, and have taught each other and discussed experiences and discussed together on the aspects of school management concepts, new major development, curriculum setting, curriculum reform, training base construction, student work, school-enterprise cooperation and international competitions, providing a large number of reference-based practices for Shaanxi Institute of Technology to rapidly and high-quality development of vocational education and teaching level.
It is understood that the Zhongzhou University of Science and Technology of Taiwan was founded in 1969 and was upgraded to a University of Science and Technology in 2011; the Jianguo University of Science and Technology was founded in 1965 and was upgraded to a University of Science and Technology in 2004. Both schools have three training levels: junior college, undergraduate and graduate school, and are regional applied technical universities. All aim to meet the practicality of scientific and technological universities in regional development and go global as the direction of running schools. Shaanxi Institute of Technology established a cooperative relationship with Zhongzhou University of Science and Technology and Jianguo University of Science and Technology in 2013. Up to now, the college has three batches of 24 exchange students arrived at the Zhongzhou University of Science and Technology of Taiwan and Jianguo University of Science and Technology of Taiwan to study and live.
