Beijing News (Reporter Pan Wenbo) On the evening of today (September 16), a magnitude 5.0 earthquake occurred in Ganzhou District, Zhangye City, Gansu Province. At around 22:40, a reporter from the Beijing News learned from the Gansu Provincial Earthquake Bureau that no reports of property losses and casualties in the earthquake have been received, but some villages have houses and courtyard walls collapsed.
