The following is the content of the interview:

QWhat do you think is the greatest development potential of Guilin’s cultural tourism?

A

After arriving in Guilin, I discovered that Guilin has a history of tens of thousands of years of human activities. From the perspective of cultural relics, we can find that human remains from 12,000 years ago are in the Zengpiyan Museum. I was deeply attracted by the history of mankind. My ancestors created pottery, and I got inspiration from pottery, understanding it as "holding", and developed a series of products that extend to exclusive tables, hoping that coffee can have a dialogue with tea. After finishing the product, I started thinking that I should contribute to Guilin's tourism industry. From an industrial perspective, Guilin not only has beautiful mountains and rivers, but also has many hotels, tourist attractions, etc. How can I combine these products with them? I extend this concept to all homes. When guests from all over the world come to Guilin to enjoy the beautiful scenery, accommodation is a must. We can use this thinking to upgrade the hotel so that the hotel can truly reflect Guilin's natural scenery and humanities.

Q Everyone pays more attention to tourism and scenery, but Guilin’s humanities also have a very deep depth. If you want to present humanity through modern design, the hotel is a particularly good carrier. Designer hotels are a new species in the hotel industry. So, what exactly do you think of a designer hotel?

A

In designer hotels in China, first of all, every product inside is an original design of Chinese genes. Secondly, new value can be generated here. It can be used as a living room during the day and a bedroom at night. The activities during the day generally exceed the value of the night's accommodation. Using the daytime also maximizes the value of the hotel. For example, let the bed and sofa be organically combined. Third, every item inside is for sale, not just an ordinary display.

In the exclusive interview, we learned about the breakthrough in the upgrading of the cultural tourism industry and gained a new understanding of designer hotels. I hope that in the hotel, we can see some designs that are original to the Chinese people and can lead our nation to the world. This will be a very big highlight. We hope to promote the philosophical design concepts and industrial upgrading models extracted by Teacher Li Fenglang in Guilin Culture, and use his influence to update Guilin's image.
