The hometown of sorghum wine - Chiayi Distillery is the earliest sorghum wine manufacturer owned by the Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Company. It has a history of nearly a hundred years since its establishment. Taiwan's first bottle of 58-degree sorghum wine was successfully developed by Chiayi Winery in November 1950.
