On the evening of October 23, 2022, Wangcun Squadron of the Traffic Police Brigade of Shilou County Public Security Bureau conducted night drunk driving investigation and punishment on Qinyuanchun Street in the jurisdiction. The test results showed that Liu was driving a motor vehicle while drunk. The police immediately took him back to the team for further inspection and found that Liu had been punished for drunk driving on October 19, 2021. This drunk driving was a second drunk driving. So the police of the team issued a penalty decision to fine him 2,000 yuan, revoke his motor vehicle driver's license and detain him for less than 10 days in accordance with the law.
