Including the year-end finals, there will be a total of 31 events, and the stops at the Super 1000, Super 750 and Super 500 levels will be increased accordingly. , giving players more opportunities to win bonuses.

Thomas Lund, Secretary-General of the Badminton World Federation, said that the 2023-2026 Badminton World Tour is expected to enhance the status of badminton in the world.

“Badminton is one of the fastest growing sports in the world, with participation and fan numbers at record highs. More tournaments provide us with a fantastic opportunity to expand the sport’s reach around the world, not only In established regions, but also in new regions it also allows more players to access our elite circuit and gain valuable experience,” he said.

“We are very encouraged by the large number of high-quality bids we received, which bodes well for bigger and better Tour events over the next four years. ④The two existing Super 100 events, the Hero Open and the Orleans Masters, have also been upgraded to the Super 300 level.
