This case was originally a hard-decorated house, and the current layout can meet the needs of the homeowners. Therefore, the designer followed the principle of “no disassembly or modification unless necessary” and focused on soft furnishings and storage considerations.
The owner of the house is a family of three. He has high requirements for the quality of life and will pay more attention to the comfort and convenience of living. At the same time, he hopes that the home can reserve space for the growth of his children and flexibly respond to staged needs. The male owner works frequently from home and has a lot of office equipment, so he needs a large and comfortable studio.
After summarizing the housing situation and the main needs of the homeowners, the designer positioned this project as: Quality of life under the renovation of the finely decorated housing bureau.
