1915年10月25日, Soong Ching Ling married Sun Yat-sen, the scene was lively and prosperous, but behind this was another woman's miserable and lonely.

30 years ago, 18-year-old Lu Muzhen married into Sun's house, and the scene was equally lively. According to local custom, a signboard was erected in the new house, with the word "Deming" written on it by her husband, and there were couplets on both sides, " Long hair and its auspiciousness" and "Five generations and its prosperity".
"Long hair is auspicious" and "five generations are prosperous" are auspicious words for a prosperous career and prosperous descendants.
Now that 30 years have passed, her husband, Sun Yat-sen, has become a "grand official" of the country, and Lu Muzhen has also given birth to children for Sun Yat-sen. Lu Muzhen can be said to be a good wife and mother.
But fate is like a foot-binding cloth, tightly wrapping the already disabled small feet, so that women with small feet cannot escape the fate of being eliminated and forgotten by the times.

On that day in 1915, Lu Muzhen signed her name on the divorce agreement. In fact, as early as 10 years ago, Lu Muzhen had repeatedly persuaded her husband to take a concubine outside and find a revolutionary partner.
But 10 years later, when her husband really wanted to marry her, Lu Muzhen's grief could not help flooding into her heart. The grievances and bitterness that had been brewing for 30 years finally rushed down at a certain moment in the night.
On the lonely train leaving Tokyo , Lu Muzhen could only sigh deeply while looking out the window as her ex-husband saw him off.
The husband who was running and seeing off accidentally broke the bead on Lu Muzhen's chest and shouted guiltily:
"After returning to Macau , don't chant Buddha, but believe in Christianity!"

Lu Muzhen took the advice of the most important man in her life to heart, but she is already exhausted and just wants to go back to her home in Macau.
Perhaps, the prosperity of the outside world does not belong to you.
In the courtyard of Macau, the old-fashioned Lu Muzhen stood quietly, looking at the fallen leaves full of sad autumn, or looking for the footprints of her husband who had long been washed away by the rain.
But you can smell it, there is always the smell of loneliness and white space in the air.
Lu Muzhen, the first "Mother" of the Republic of China, who made special contributions to the 1911 Revolution, was gradually forgotten in this lonely courtyard.
Perhaps, before that, Lu Muzhen had already been forgotten by the history of and .

In July 1892, Sun Yat-sen graduated from Hong Kong Western Medical College, and his first job was as a doctor in , Macau Jinghu Hospital . With his outstanding medical skills, Sun Yat-sen soon became a famous doctor in Macau, and he was also making gold every day.
Lu Muzhen ushered in the longest married life and spent two happy years. But behind the life is actually the daily anxiety. Sun Yat-sen used the special environment of Macau, which belongs to Portugal, to carry out secret activities and plan the anti-Qing armed movement.
But this does not hinder the beauty of this memory. Lu Muzhen took the newly born eldest son to her husband and raised her son every day. Soon after, she and her husband gave birth to the eldest daughter.
Compared with the situation in the future, this time is indeed beautiful and happy.
The Guangzhou Uprising failed in 1895, and the Qing government launched the Internet. After receiving the news from her husband, Lu Muzhen fled in a hurry, and took her family across the ocean with her disabled feet, and came to the small island of Honolulu for refuge.
And greater despair came quietly, Lu Muzhen decided to die for her husband. In 1896, Sun Yat-sen was trying to win the support of and western countries, but as soon as he arrived in London, he was arrested by the minister of the Qing government in the UK and declared to be executed. When the news of
came, it was the sad autumn of November. Lu Muzhen stood on the beach with a heavy belly and walked to the sea step by step, walking without hesitation, without hesitation, without the cowardice and weakness of a woman with small feet.
If Lu Muzhen really died for her husband, maybe she would be a household name on the China martyr list.
Because of the various rescues by his mentor, Mr. Kang Deli , Sun Yat-sen escaped from danger, but Lu Muzhen did not die, so it was gradually forgotten by history.

Having experienced too many deaths, Lu Muzhen always has a sense of guilt for not taking good care of her family, and feels sorry for her husband who is running around.
In 1888, the father-in-law was seriously ill, the mother-in-law was blind, and the children were waiting to be fed. Lu Muzhen silently took on the weight of life. When her mother-in-law died in 1910, Lu Muzhen couldn't even afford a coffin. Fortunately, with the support of her friends, she took care of the funeral carelessly.
Under such circumstances, Lu Muzhen survived the days of having one meal but not the next, and also ushered in the important day in 1911.
In 1911, the 1911 Revolution was victorious, and Lu Muzhen, who had been hiding in Tibet for 17 years, became the "First Lady", and under this honor, there was a kind of mental pressure.

Maybe it was because of her quiet nature, or her small feet were inconvenient to move. Lu Muzhen didn’t like her husband’s various entertainments. After staying for a month, he was clamoring to go back to Guangzhou, but he experienced even greater ordeals.
19 The summer of 1913 was unusually long. The 19-year-old daughter Sun Yi lay dying on the bed, her eyes gradually losing light.
With tears all over her face, Lu Muzhen clung tightly to the little hands that gradually lost their warmth, and tried her best to bring her beloved daughter back to the world.

No matter how beautiful a flower is, it cannot escape the withering of fate. In a small courtyard in Longshan Village, Macau, there is no wind and no trace of the flow of life.
The daughter, who has not enjoyed a day of wealth, has left her mother who has suffered so much. Lu Muzhen was heartbroken, screaming and grabbing the ground. Finally, those three-inch feet couldn't bear the heavy grief and fell to the ground with a broken heart.

In September 1915, 48-year-old Lu Muzhen no longer had a husband. She returned to her final destination from Tokyo with exhaustion, and returned to the small forgotten courtyard in Macau. The women echoed each other.
Mao Fumei, the original wife of Chiang Kai-shek , also experienced the fate of women with small feet being eliminated by the times, and finally forgotten by history.
The fate of the two is amazing similar .
Lu Muzhen gave birth to the eldest son of Sun Yat-sen Sun Ke, Mao Fumei gave birth to the eldest son of Chiang Kai-shek, Chiang Ching-kuo; both were arranged marriages; they were also "divorced".
At the same time, the scenes when Sun and Jiang brought newcomers to visit them were very similar.
1917, Soong Ching Ling and Sun Yat-sen visited Lu Muzhen. Lu Muzhen meticulously cleaned her shabby house, and even cooked the special features of Macau by herself, which made Soong Ching Ling full of praise.
1928. Song Meiling and Chiang Kai-shek visited Mao Fumei, Mao Fumei tidy up the house and let the chef cook delicious hometown dishes, which made Song Meiling's appetite.
In 1939, Mao Fumei was killed by a Japanese plane; in 1952, Lu Muzhen died of illness in Macau. When they died, their children were also not by their side, and both died in loneliness. The similar fate of
made them both gradually forgotten by history.
Perhaps, history is a villain who dislikes the poor and loves the rich, so that women with small feet cannot escape the ending of being forgotten by history, and they cannot see the untold hardships they have dedicated to their husbands.
