The three outstanding figures in the early Han Dynasty refer to the three most outstanding outstanding figures among the pioneers of the Western Han Dynasty. They are Zhang Liang, Xiao He and Han Xin. After Liu Bang won the world, he said to them with emotion: "During strategizing, and decisively winning thousands of miles away, I am not as good as Zhang Liang; I am not as good as Xiao He to guard the country, to comfort the people, and to continuously supply the army. Victory, the attack must be taken, I’m not as good as Han Xin. The three are outstanding people, I can use them, and this is why I take the world. "Z1z
can see that among the three outstanding people in the early Han Dynasty, Xiao He was good at internal affairs and Zhang Liangshan was ingenious. And Han Xin has an impressive record. But despite this, Sanjie ended up at the opposite end because of their different personalities, visions and patterns. Han Xingong overpowered the master and was killed by Lu in the palace; Xiao Hewan was not guaranteed and was criticized by the world; only Zhang Liang was indifferent to fame and fortune, and finally succeeded. In fact, the different choices made by these three outstanding people are also worth learning from later generations.
Han Xin: Because of his pride, he doesn't know how to advance or retreat
Han Xin's life is like a roller coaster. When he was a teenager, he was idle, looked down upon by the township, and was humiliated by his crotch. In the first year of Li, Han Xin joined the army and became a generation of war gods. After the early establishment of the Western Han Dynasty, Han Xin was named Huaiyin Hou for his merits, and he was regarded as his hometown. After this, Han Xin acted arrogantly and had lost his sense of measure. Therefore, Liu Bang and Lu Hou were jealous of him and had to go to the palace and kill him late.
People should learn Han Xin's unyielding spirit in times of adversity; but when people are in good times, they must not become arrogant and easily satisfied like him. To be a man, always have a sense of measure. After Han Xin made great contributions, Liu Bang promised him in front of everyone that he did not have the sword to kill him, nor the rope to tie him; as long as Han Xin stood on this earth, no one in the world could kill him. Han Xin believed it. He thought he had made a great contribution, so he gradually became arrogant and domineering. He even conspired to rebel against others.
In this way, Hou Lu and Xiao He conspired to bring Han Xin into the palace. Lvhou sent someone to wrap him in a sack and strangle him alive, which is considered to be a violation of the promise made by Liu Bang himself. Han Xin, the god of war, died at the hands of several eunuchs and court ladies. Isn't this a tragedy? This example tells us: when we have achieved achievements, we should not be complacent, nor should we be complacent, let alone blindly arrogant; on the contrary, we should learn from the experience of this progress and be prepared to continue to improve.
Xiao He: Seeking self-protection and self-interest
Xiao He’s ability to govern is unanimously affirmed by later politicians. During Liu Bang's campaigns, Xiao He was able to handle internal affairs with ease, and even no matter how cumbersome government affairs were, he could complete them in an orderly manner. How brilliant is Xiao He's internal affairs ability? After him, Cao Shen continued to govern the country in full accordance with the laws and regulations issued by Xiao He, and he was still able to achieve outstanding political achievements. The allusion of "Xiao Gui Cao Sui" has also made people talk about it. It can be seen from this that after the founding of the Western Han Dynasty, Xiao Heneng became the number two figure after Liu Bang, which is right.
But people are too smart, and they tend to hesitate more. In Xiao He's later years, he gradually realized that Liu Bang was worried about him and had to do a lot of things against his will. In Liu Bang's mind, even though Xiao He was a fellow villager with him, the threat was even greater than Han Xin. Therefore, Liu Bang's cronies are actually also Xiao He's cronies, and the latter also has a good reputation in Guanzhong. In order for Liu Bang to dispel his doubts, Xiao He began to "self-defeating". He deliberately embezzled and filthy under Liu Bang's nose, and often deceived others.
Xiao He's actions made the world very angry, but it made Liu Bang very happy. He knew Xiao He was showing loyalty. This is nothing. In order to keep his position, Xiao He did not hesitate to sell his friend Han Xin. Many people in later generations despised Xiao He's approach to the so-called "Success is also Xiao He, and failure is Xiao He." This example tells us: Although smart people know what they want, they must be careful. Be a human and stay on the sidelines, and don't accomplish your own ambitions at the expense of others. In this way, others will only despise you.
Zhang Liang: Advocating inaction and being at ease
Compared with Xiao He and Han Xin, Zhang Liang's attitude in dealing with matters makes Liu Bang more at ease. One is that he is indifferent to fame and fortune, advocates Huang Lao's self-study, and doesn't care much about fame and fortune; the other is that Zhang Liang has a shallow foundation and never privately make friends with party members. After the founding of the Western Han Dynasty, facing Liu Bang’s generous rewards,Zhang Liang only chose "stay". And after taking office, he never interfered in North Korea affairs. In his later years, Zhang Liang once wandered with Taoists, and many people in later generations said that he was detached.
Zhang Liang's life attitude is most worthy of our study: when we are successful, we can still see our own minds and not be burdened by worldly fame and fortune. At the same time, you must be sure of doing things and pursue freedom and detachment in your mood. The real smart people should learn to accomplish their accomplishments in time.
