1. Xiang Yu himself was stubborn and short-sighted, and refused to accept the correct opinions of the ministers. The once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of Hongmen Banquet, but because he did not listen to his honest advice, he let go of his enemy Liu Bang , which led to a murderous disaster.
2. Not good at using people. Soldiers Han Xin can only serve as a guardian in his place, and the fierce general Peng Yue has always been looked down upon by Xiang Yu because of his background.
3. Killing innocent people indiscriminately loses the hearts of the people. He often massacred the city, killed surrendered soldiers, steamed and cooked living people, and beat and scolded soldiers at will.
4. Politically, Xiang Yu was a completely idiot, and he was abusing the vassal kings. He made consecutive low-level mistakes on the enfeoffment of of the Han King, Qi King, Jiaodong King, etc., artificially creating contradictions and enemies. And so on.
In 202 BC, various armies joined forces with Liu Bang's army to ambush on all sides and besieged Xiang Yu at Gaixia. Soon the Chu army was lonely. With the death of generals such as Yu Ziqi, Zhongli Mei's troops were divided and surrounded again. "The Han Gu three links were 1 million, and the Chu Ge was 8,000 in four." Xiang Yu's last remaining generals were Zhou Lan and Heng Chu, with less than 8,000 soldiers. Overlord really became a lonely man and reached the end of his journey!
